Rust College is in the small town of Holly Springs, Miss. As quaint and rich in history as the town is, there is pretty much nothing to do in the area, at least for the college student itching to get out and socialize with other people his or her age.
Everything closes by 11 p.m., so there is no late-night snacking. If you want some fun or excitement, you would have to drive 30 minutes to the city. Holly Springs is very conservative and very religious. It's a retirement town, as a lot of older people who have retired live in the area. However, a pro to this is that the crime rate is mild, so not a lot of students are involved in dangerous happenings, nor do they get hurt very often.
