Academic Flexibility: Pretty easy to get someone to talk to if you're in need of any kind of assistance. You can select which class schedule you want and it's a pretty set routine. There's not much variation in class times through the week.

Career Services: Very helpful and astute, they care a lot about getting their students employed.

Student Body: Friendly and competent, I have yet to meet a peer that I didn't get along with.

Facilities: There are very few things I would change.

Online Courses: So far, I'm very impressed by everything this school has to offer. The classrooms are small and it's not the traditional classroom setting, which works very well for me. It's a fast-paced, intense program, but one that seems to be a good mesh for me.

Career Services: They put you where it's convenient for them, not convenient for you

Student Body: There a few who are just dumber then a box of rocks, but others are great!

Online Courses: I came to Ross to become a Medical Assistant, now I'm not sure I have the knowledge and experience that I'll need to succeed in the field. In the middle of a six month program the corporation decided to take away half of the teaching worksheets. It's an accelerated program so I knew it would go fast but they tend to focus on the wrong parts. Instead of teaching us how to use a basic EHR program we only learned it for about a week. This is something that every Medical Assistant will be using on a day to day basis, and we only get a week to learn the ins and outs. we only get about ten to fifteen minutes for a break so it is impossible to go get something to eat and even if you bring something to eat you have to shovel it in to your mouth and you don't have enough time to chew. You can't miss more then two day of schools with out the treat of being dropped. If your having trouble understanding the material your on your own. This program isn't worth the 16,000 that you pay. You can leave you drinks or food anywhere except your car, they don't have a microwave, you can't ware hoodies or sweaters, and don't ever write in pencil. There is no pre-testing or pre-screening of prospective students, so the likely hood of having very immature or just dumb people who will take up large amounts of class time only to not understand what's being taught anyway.

Tuition & Financial Aid: My View on Ross – Ross medicals tuition is a little bit on the high side but i feel as if it is totally worth it. when it comes down to financial aid at ross they go through it step by step with you and even have a live feed of somebody helping you with everything from pall grants to loans. any where i have gone the best way to get the most financial aid is if your parents dont make a ton of money, unless your parents are willing to pay for your schooling then thats completely different.

Academic Experience: MRS. CAREY & MRS.SMITH ARE GREAT!!! I am currently in the dental assistant program. I like how my instructors are always willing and eager to help a student. If a student is having a hard time understanding an assignment. They actually take the time to come up with a method that best fits your style of learning.
