Career Services: Robeson Community College offers career counseling and advice. They have great clubs which I happen to belong to two of them that I believe will help me upon graduation. I am learning a lot of skills that not only will help me in my career, but are very helpful in my personal life as well.

Student Body: My fellow students are great. We don't mind helping each other out and are very friendly. We are very excepting of each other and respect each others differences. We may not always agree, but we respect everyone's opinion and their right to have that opinion as an American citizen. I have made some very good friends.

Academic Experience: The professors are very knowledgeable and dedicated to insuring that the student not only does well in the class, but learns the material. The class registration process has been very easy for me. I have not had any problems registering or receiving the classes needed for my degree.

Academic Experience: I am currently enrolled in a community college, but they work with universities so that when a student is ready to transfer we can transfer with ease. They have no internships that I know of, but it is possible that they have them and I am just not aware of them. They have a job board and work with certain employers to help students find employment as needed. My workload feels hard at times, but keep in mind I usually take 15-17 credit hours of classes. The college offers help and tutors when needed and the facilities are very nice.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Everything has been done with great ease. The financial aid office at the college was very helpful in getting my financial aid processed and approved. I feel like my school tuition is fair and well worth the education that I am receiving.

Online Courses: I tried to stay away from online courses during my time at Robeson Community College, but needed to take three course over the summer that were only offered online. I believed that I would not receive as much out of the online courses and wanted to stick with the traditional classroom setting. I have to say I was really wrong on this assumption. My online classes were very convenient for me, I have done very well in my online classes, and have to admit that I did not lose any learning opportunities by taking an online course. I was able to learn just as much in most cases as I have being in a classroom. I would definitely take other online courses offered in the future.

Overall Experience: They have universities come to the school every Thursday to talk to college students that are transferring to a four year college. This is very helpful to a busy college student that may find it difficult to go to several different universities to check on admittance. Its very helpful to have those universities together in one location.

Academic Flexibility: This is my 2nd year at Robeson Community College. I have taken 12 courses to date and have only had trouble with one of the teachers. The other teachers were very helpful, great teaching skills, and I was able to learn very easily with the majority of the teachers here at Robeson Community College. Most everyone has been very supportive and helpful and I have really enjoyed my time here at Robeson Community College. My GPA is 3.7, because of dedicated teachers and people in administration that have gone beyond the call of duty to help me be a successful college student.

Campus Resources: They have a student center, a learning center, library, campus activities and clubs, they have workshops for student success. Robeson Community College has done everything they can to help me be a successful college student. They also invite universities on campus every Thursday to talk to students who are transferring to a four year college. I love attending Robeson Community College, my teachers are great and so are those in administration.

Academic Experience: Since my major deals with a lot of science and math, the instructors are very helpful and caring. My workload does become a bit much but I am able to understand it how the instructors teach the class.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The network does get a bit slow when a lot of students access it but I still works efficiently. Printing is great because we do not have to pay a fee.
