Tuition & Financial Aid: A man working in financial aid helped me alot. He answered my emails quickly and did all the paperwork necessary for me to obtain my grant money. It was no hassle. The tuition is not bad. It's not cheap, but other schools are worse.

Online Courses: My online course was awful. My teacher took her time answering my questions and getting back to me. She seemed uninterested in anything we learned.

Student Body: Students are generally proud of their religion and political views.

Facilities: There is a bridge connecting the seperate buildings and that area is so beautiful to look at every day. Theres birds, fish, and turtles all over. There's alot of dragon-flies around campus, too.

Campus Resources: The main library is very tiny with minimal space, not enough tables or quiet in the room. There is a seperate computer lab, though.

Campus Resources: I liked that students werent allowed to waste paper by printing anything. We had to buy a card and add money onto it in order to print.

Academic Experience: My major focuses on biology. I took one biology class, loved the way my teacher taught, and I was hooked. She made me feel like the environment and the way things work together are incredibly beautiful.

Academic Experience: The registration process was not always simple. I was kicked out of my final class once without knowing it. I had to get special permission from the Dean to get back into it.

Academic Flexibility: At one point the online system changed and so my last school code was changed. In short, my records indicated that I went to a different college than I actually had. It took a few days to get it straightened out again.

Overall Experience: Some of the teachers taught very well, but others should not be teaching anymore. A certain math teacher was horrible while another one was excellent.

Career Services: The school was very good about posting new jobs all of the time.

Academic Flexibility: Some teachers are extremely lazy

Online Courses: I never took online courses before. I was scared because I thought they's be difficult to pass because there's no teacher in front of you, but one I started everything seemed to go smoothly. When you take online classes, your not as rushed to learn things. Each assignment has a given amount of time that's more than enough to learn the material. You can also log into your courses at anytime of the day gthat fits into your schedule. Communicating with the instructor and your classmates are easy. They're there to help you better understand the work and are just a click away!

College Sophomore

Online Courses: I haven't taken any online classes here so I don't know how the online courses work.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: This is a nice college. All the professors are willing to accommodate their schedules to help you. Very hands on. Small classes so you won't feel like just a face in the crowd.

3 College Senior

Career Services: I am in my last semester at this college, so I have not graduated yet. From what I have heard though, once you graduate, it is up to you to find a job. I'm sure they will be of some help if needed, but they pretty much push you into the real world.

Online Courses: Online courses can be done in your own time with the exception of due dates. I have heard that online courses are harder than traditional classroom experience but it all depends on the teacher. I have had positive experiences in online classes.

Academic Experience: School Review '12 – I think that the professors here at rpcc are outstanding. They really make you feel like they want you to succeed. With the large number of students that attend it can sometimes be overwhelming and deserving students hava a chance of getting over looked. All of my teachers office hours fit perfectly with my schedule and are more than willing to work around. Being a incoming freshman i admit i was scared, i wasnt sure of what to expect but between the faculty and students ive never felt more welcome. The only thing i could possibly change about rpcc is the parking. I would definitely reccomend this school.

Campus Resources: Computer System – Sometimes the computer system works poorly. Most of the time the computers are up and running, and the system is up. Many times it is hard to find information on the internet that the instructor is looking for.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition for School – Tuition at my school are set at an reasonable price. It not much to where students cant afford to attend. The education is worth what a student has to pay.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: Friendly People – My school had individuals that are very smart. Each person there doesn't have a problem with helping another student. Most students have study groups where stronger learns help the weaker learns.

Overall Experience: I like River Parishes. It's unique in its own way. Not too many students go there, but the people that does attend, interact with each other. It is very easy to get help from the faculty and staff. Questions are easily answered, and tutoring is offered for free. Its almost impossible to fail a class there. I love my school.

3 College Student

Overall Experience: Pleased With School – I find this school take pride in people no matter the race or gender. This is my first collage experence It may be a little hard to compare this school to others because as stated this is my first collage.

3 College Student

Student Body: The majority of the students are interested in the economy.
Where its going, and how long will it take to improve. Most
seems to be adjusting.

Tuition & Financial Aid: More or Less – As a person who pays for college out of pocket I have not had to deal to much with the financial aid in my school, but you have to be weary of the defered payment. Onver the summer I dropped from the classes and it continued to charge me so you do have to watch out for those sort of things. As for the worth of the eduation I would suggest asking someone who has had the teacher before you sign up for their class. I have had a few poor teachers, but I have also had some that were simply amazing.
