3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: The campus is small, so everyone knows each other.

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Thus far, I've experienced a bit of everything in terms of interactions. It is pleasant, people seem welcoming.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Everybody is pretty laid back. Its a small school so almost everybody knows one another and are very friendly.

2 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: ALL THE GUIDOS. And the girls either look like they rolled out of bed or are trying to be Kim Kardashian.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: I love social life on campus. Mostly everyone is nice and there is usually someone for everyone to hang out with. I have met many girls and have been dating one now for a month and it has been great. There is plenty of variety.

It is really easy to meet people at Rider if you put yourself out there. A lot of students go home on the weekends, but you won't make friends or form any kind of relationships on campus if you do that. Going to classes, joining clubs, and just being around on campus will help you meet people, which will lead to friendships and can eventually lead to romantic relationships. And while Rider isn’t a huge university, there are so many different kinds of people here, ranging from loud and crazy to quiet and shy, that you will find people you click with because there's somebody for everyone here.

The best way to meet people is probably in your residence hall. You’ll see the same people all the time here, so go to RA and Residence Hall Association (RHA) events and leave your door open when you're relaxing on Facebook or doing homework. Many people in your building will become like family.
