Academic Flexibility: The only thing i dislike about my school is that the classes are only offered a certain semester and it does not switch up to allow students the flexibility needed to complete courses. If you miss a spring class you have to wait until the next spring before its offered again.

Facilities: I see that my school is trying to expand by including other schools so we can attend Richmond Community college but we could earn a degree through another school/ University such as Pembroke, Gardner Web ...etc.

Student Body: There are some students that are coming to school for the actual reason which is to get an education. Most of the students are the ones that come to school for the refund checks which is also some of the students that get the financial help.

Overall Experience: Other than the inconvenience of financial help my school is a pretty good school !!!

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have been attending Richmond Community college for about 3 years and there has always been an issue with me trying to receive help to pay for my tuition and books. As an Accounting major my books seem to cost just as much as Nursing books (which is not cheap) and for somebody like me living in a AVERAGE family household I need all the help I can get. My school seems to target people that are either single parents, or in my case I'm still staying with my parents so my parents would either have to be divorced or separated or deceased one or both in order for me to receive any financial aid, so I turn to scholarships and I also see the people that are receiving financial aid are also receiving the scholarships as if they need them. It's always like a lose - lose situation with me so really need some help!!!

Online Courses: I enjoy my online classes at Richmond Community college. It s very convenient to an individual like me that has to juggle a job and school. It makes it even better and less stressful when you have a great staff of instructors who know the material well and can help you.

Career Services: Honestly, I haven't really looked into these sorts of things yet.

Student Body: There are all kinds of students at RCC. We have early college kids from highschool all the way up to middle-aged students looking to expand their knowledge or follow their dreams. The students are, overall, quite well behaved and friendly.

Overall Experience: I've really enjoyed my time at RCC. The staff is intelligent and friendly, the students are generally well-behaved and genial, and the classes are very well conducted. I've learnt a lot.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Classes are definitely worth the money paid. Starting with community college lets you get core classes out of the way with a lower cost, so you can focus on your major and classes that interest you later. The Financial Aid office at RCC is amazingly helpful, friendly, and up-to-date on what needs to be done.

Campus Resources: My school has a QEP which means Quality Enhancement Plan that trys to equip students and help them become more ready for the future. Helps the students understand and learn better.

Campus Resources: We have many different computer labs.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: We need to work on critical thinking skills

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I wish the teachers wouldn't show favor toward some students and treat all fair.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The college has wireless internet all over the campus and there is never a problem with the connection. There are many computer labs located all over the campus and in each building. In lab they have a printer and the library has printers where they charge money for each sheet you print.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are many school functions that the college has for students , however, the college does not have an athletic center. It is not a university, so it does not have sports. There are many workers to help you in the student center and the library has many books and computers.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: The college offers many courses online and also have hybrid courses for students.

Career Services: There are emails that the college sends out to every student letting them know what jobs are available around the area of the college.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Many of the students who attend RCC are gaining an education to find a better job. The people there have families and want better jobs, so that they can support their family.

5 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial department at RCC is awesome when it comes to helping you. They are very dedicated to their job and give 100 percent to each student. They encourage everyone to do their Fafsa early and to apply for scholarships. They want everyone to be able to have the chance to be able to afford college and better themselves.

2 College Sophomore

Online Courses: The work load was to much. The instructors must have thought we did not have other classes.
