Campus Strictness: rules are in place for a reason, but discorage people from conitnuing to live in the dorms

3 College Junior

Campus Strictness: During big weeks where the campus admin know that there will be drinking they have a lot of policies in place to get people into trouble if they break the rules. There are bag checks to enter the dorms, they have to smell any drinks you try to bring inside and can smell your breath if they want to.

College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: I have never lived on-campus. I am a commuter student and am not familiar with Regis' policies.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: This school is very strict in terms of student behavior. When I go visit my friends in their dorms there is a sign in and sign out sheet for every time I go in.

3 College Junior

Campus Strictness: The security seems to be average, they seem to enforce only the necessary rules and regulations.

Regis can be pretty strict when it comes to a few things. For one thing, because of Catholic tradition, students are not allowed to have guests of the opposite sex stay overnight. And even if you have a guest of the same sex staying overnight, you have to get special permission. Students are not allowed to have alcohol anywhere on campus, even if they are 21 years of age. Alcohol consumption is restricted to the Ranger Station Pub on campus.
