3 College Senior

Athletics: I am not into the athletics part of college due to being an adult college student; however my daughter will attend a few of the sports.

4 College Junior

Athletics: No football, but we probably have every other sport for both males and females. Being a student athlete, I appreciate how much support the students and faculty give us.

The varsity sports at Regis lack support and enthusiasm from the student body. One reason for this is that there is no football team to cheer on, which most college students want. The athletes, however, are dedicated to their sports and are amongst the most intelligent in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. In addition to varsity sports, there is a variety of different intramural sports, ranging from volleyball to flag football, in which anyone can participate. If you're an athlete and want to play sports at Regis, it's important to know that athletics aren't a high priority at the University, and it's mostly just about academics.

Since it's a small school, Regis has many opportunities to participate in varsity sports—so take advantage! If you want to go to a game, you won't have to wait in a long line to get tickets, which means no wasted time. It's not that Regis sports stink; it's just that most students have other activities going on and don't have the time to attend games, so don't get the wrong impression. The soccer and basketball games are thrilling and enjoyable to attend. Also, if you feel like you want to participate in a varsity sport at Regis, then, go for it! You have nothing to lose, and you never know what could happen.

School Spirit
There's not too much school spirit from the student body. It's not because the teams aren't very good; it's just that students are more focused on academics.
Getting Tickets
Getting tickets is very easy. At nearly every sport, there will be tickets available, so you never have to wait in line or get them early.
