3 College Junior

Facilities: Not sure there is anything that is unique about this school or the setting of the school.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: If I had another school closer that offered programming I would probably transfer. I am going to RCC for location and for the fact I need financial aid in order to attend. If I can get assistance for financial aid (not loans) I will continue my education after RCC. The friendliness, willingness to help and knowledge of the professors make RCC a wonderful school.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Professors are more than willing to assist if questions rise for the on-line classes. Because we use Moodle, turning in, working on and viewing material for the on-line classes is exactly the same for attended classes.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I would like to program. RCC does not offer this as a degree therefor I have to take CIT. I am full time and the workload is fine. I expected it to be heavier. Not sure if there are internships available for the computer degrees.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: Most of the information I get, registering, grades, changing classes, option of changing degrees all have come from me asking the professors. I get more assistance from the professors than I do with the administration.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Not even sure but I do not believe that RCC has an athletic center.

2 College Junior

Campus Resources: Network is hit or miss. Sometimes I have to leave between classes to use internet at a fast food establishment.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Computers are slow, labs and computers are only available when you have class, computers are available in the library but do not contain specific software needed for classes and maybe because there are not many people but classes are not flexible. Going to RCC has been an experience of finding out information on my own and the administration lacks guidance.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid department has been little to no help to me, there is no way to communicate other then face to face by appointment and that is a problem for me to attend on their hours, plus you are told to find other aid however you can the only interest they have is the FAFSA.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am still a freshman to my degree but it does have me in the labs more than most and doing a lot of computer work, I own a computer and can accomplish most of my work at home or while I am working at night time.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The professors all seem to understand their topic and have a good understanding of the material, registration is very simple and easy, workload is manageable, and the have other features such as writing center and tutors for help.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I work nights so i sleep normal school hours so online classes are very beneficial to me, also I do not like the constant hovering and talking of teachers so reading it online works better in my interest. It is not as student based but I like that.

College Sophomore

Career Services: I know nothing about the Career Services as of right now.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: RCC has it's own perks and flaws just like any school, the early college program I feel ruined the atmosphere of the college as well as caused teachers to downgrade their academic standards.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The only real resource used is the library and even then it is never packed.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The network at RCC is a bit slow and occasionally has its glitches but for the most part you can get what your trying to do accomplished, personal computers would be nice but not a necessity.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The administration has not been very cooperative and the strict flexibility of scheduling is a pain but most of the teachers I have had are nice and will work with me.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The student body is fairly diverse I see more mix on campus then at the local Walmart.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: For a community college with budget cuts the school is still doing alright although I would rather have more flexibility with scheduling things.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I personally hate online classes, but have had to take a few and have had both good experiences and horrible ones. it really all depends on the instructor and how well he/she manage that class

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: i have never had to use any of these services so i do not have an opinion about these

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I do not often use the computer labs, student centers, etc but when I do they seem very appropriate for the campus

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: sometimes maintaining the network such as wifi is a little frustrating and web advisor seems to be down a lot

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: with a small community college its hard to stand out but I like it because it is a small college and it is more personal

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I have just been accepted into my major's prgram so i do ot have much experience to review
