3 College Senior

Campus Dining: If Dalton stayed open longer I would be happier. The food everywhere on campus is good but I wish we had more restaurants

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: The one thing that disappoints me about campus food is the prices and the quality. Much of the time if you're off campus and have to eat on campus than you pay an arm and a leg for food that isn't very good quality. There aren't any real healthy food choices that give sustainable energy. I also wish there were more varieties on campus.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: Great food offered, just very slim choices. Prices are decent for actual food, however meal plans are way too expensive for what you actually get.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: Dalton, where everybody goes because it has a huge selection causes you to use the bathroom A LOT!

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: Other than many of the food places closing on Saturday's and Sunday's, I really enjoy the food places! Wish it were healthier though! One of our dining halls is very good but the other is awful unless it is a special occasion.

Radford doesn't offer a wide variety where food is concerned, with most of the available options leaning toward fast food. Chick-fil-A and Wendy's are the greasiest spots to eat on campus, although they all do offer salads. You can get sushi in The Bonnie, which is a nice healthy option, and the ABP Kiosk and Starbucks offer light snacks, such as muffins and cookies, as well as beverages. Au Bon Pain offers pricey soups, sandwiches, and salads, as well as pastries and beverages. The dining halls are a different story. Dalton Hall offers a variety of options every night: soups, sandwiches, a salad bar, a pasta and pizza bar, a healthy menu option, and daily specials. However, the quality of the taste at Dalton is widely disputed among students. Many prefer Muse Hall, even though it is not very conveniently located for many at the University and it is not open on the weekends, which severely limits students on a 15- or 19-meal plan.

Overall, the dining options at Radford are varied, but the schedules aren't the most convenient. Dalton is open on weekends, but closes by 7:15 p.m. daily. The time constraints severely limit student choices and are often complained about.
