Off-Campus Dining: *I am going to preface this by saying that I am a food snob.* The better restaurants in town tend to be more expensive (for a college budget). There are plenty of places to get a good beer, burger, or pizza, but other than that, most places miss the mark. I was originally bummed about this but then I learned to save money to go to the good places and how to cook well.

Off-Campus Dining: There aren't many places close to the school that are affordable on a student's budget, but the ones that are are quite good. A couple good cafés, a pizza place or two, mexican, burgers... It can get a little repetitive if you go out to eat a lot. Definitely check out the Wild Iris café, Cuppers if you're looking for a nice café to hang out at for a long time. The Raven is a nice place for more substantial food if you have a little extra money to toss around. They use mostly locally sourced, organic products, and have vegetarian and vegan options.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: The town is small enough that there are a lot of local eateries but big enough that there is a lot of variety.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are many small, local restaurants that are great to go to. Also a lot of authentic mexican cuisine. There is also a good amount of fast food and chain restaurants if you are looking for something cheap and quick.

Off-Campus Dining: Every chain restaurant you could think of. There are several independent restaurants in town.
