3 College Sophomore

Facilities: A lot of the facilities are really old. The campus is really pretty but there just isn't a lot going on here. People just go out to the fraternity houses on the weekends and get drunk.

Facilities: If you really know exactly what you want to do with your life and are okay with the limited options of majors here, then PC is the school for you because in my opinion there isn't a lot to do here except study. They do have some good summer research programs that you can do a lot of different things with and I really like that aspect of PC.

If you're not really sure what you want to do with your life then I would say go somewhere else. They try to instill diversity and stuff but the bottom line is that it's a mostly redneck school in the country. If you like to drive big trucks, drink beer, fish, and shoot guns, then PC is the school for you.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I didn't have any trouble getting the money I needed.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Most people live in dorms. If you are lucky you get to live in the townhouses or senior apartments your senior year. So look forward to probably not having a kitchen or your own room for your first 3 years.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: It was a pretty straightforward process. They got back to me in a timely fashion and the fees were not excessive.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: There is one dining hall and it is only open for limited hours. They have really nice food when there are visits from potential students but the selection is pretty bad the rest of the time. On the weekends the offerings are meager at best.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletic facilities for the athletes are pretty good. The facilities for students are limited but they never really get too crowded, so it would kind of be a waste of money for them to totally overhaul them, although it would be nice.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: There aren't enough people to make the fraternities worth joining. If you're into the frat stuff, go to a big school. It is a much better party-your-face off experience. There are no sorority houses and the fraternity houses are tiny and extremely run down.

2 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: I am a guy. I went to PC undergrad for 4 years and thought that there were some pretty girls here. Then I went to Clemson for one year for pre requisites and I saw a new hot girl every single day. The girls on average at PC are not attractive compared to the rest of the outside world.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: I would say it's average for a conservative school in South Carolina. There are lots of republican types. I can think of no one who is openly gay. Most students here are white. I don't think it's the school's fault though. there just aren't any extracurricular activities to attract people to this piece of flat land in the countryside except for frat party drinking, which to my knowledge is a white person thing to do.

Off-Campus Housing: It's in the middle of nowhere, SC. There wouldn't be much if the school wasn't here. Plus the school makes you live on campus for 3 years so they can scalp you for paying for the dining hall and paying for a dorm room.

1 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: It is very bad. It would probably be better if there were no off-campus restaraunts. I can't think of any that I would recommend to a person.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: There is nothing special about the transit

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The campus police are very nice if you are nice to them. Our school has a very strict Honor Code so no one wants to get anyone in trouble unless what is going on could potentially hurt someone.

5 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Presbyterian College gives wonderful scholarships

4 College Sophomore

Nightlife: There are not any good bars around, but the fraternities throw very good parties Thursday-Saturday.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: No one really lives off-campus so I am not exactly sure what off-campus housing is like. There are some pretty nice apartments near by.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The rooms are a little tight and do not really make sense how they are set up. The dorms they have renovated look great.

5 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Our Greek Life is very involved on and off campus. All of the sororities and fraternities get along most of the time. There is definitely Greek Unity!

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletic department is great, but they could step up on their game a little.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: The majors of study Presbyterian College offers are all great and challenging. I would like it though if the school would broaden its majors in the arts. Dance and Dance Education would be great majors or even minors to start with.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: One of the professors in the Accounting department is not the easiest to deal with, but the other ones are super nice and fun to be around. Dr. Alphonso in the Sociology department is very nice and a wonderful professor.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: The parking lot for Clinton Dorm and Belk Dorm is a shared parking lot with no where near enough spaces. The Library also has very limited parking.

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: we pretty much have plenty of good food everyday,

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: nothing much to do around. its a small town and you have to drive 45 minutes away to get to shopping and the good stuff
