3 College Sophomore

Transportation: There is nothing special about the transit

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The campus police are very nice if you are nice to them. Our school has a very strict Honor Code so no one wants to get anyone in trouble unless what is going on could potentially hurt someone.

5 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Presbyterian College gives wonderful scholarships

4 College Sophomore

Nightlife: There are not any good bars around, but the fraternities throw very good parties Thursday-Saturday.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: No one really lives off-campus so I am not exactly sure what off-campus housing is like. There are some pretty nice apartments near by.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The rooms are a little tight and do not really make sense how they are set up. The dorms they have renovated look great.

5 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Our Greek Life is very involved on and off campus. All of the sororities and fraternities get along most of the time. There is definitely Greek Unity!

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletic department is great, but they could step up on their game a little.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: The majors of study Presbyterian College offers are all great and challenging. I would like it though if the school would broaden its majors in the arts. Dance and Dance Education would be great majors or even minors to start with.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: One of the professors in the Accounting department is not the easiest to deal with, but the other ones are super nice and fun to be around. Dr. Alphonso in the Sociology department is very nice and a wonderful professor.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: The parking lot for Clinton Dorm and Belk Dorm is a shared parking lot with no where near enough spaces. The Library also has very limited parking.

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: we pretty much have plenty of good food everyday,

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: nothing much to do around. its a small town and you have to drive 45 minutes away to get to shopping and the good stuff

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: only seniors get to leave off campus housing

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are a number of great places to eat off- campus even though it is a small town.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: While on campus, you generally don't think about your safety because there are never any crimes.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Most students on campus are athletes who are friendly and smart.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The atmosphere is incredible. Most of the time you know all of your classmates because it is such a small school, and you become well connected with facility and staff.

4 College Freshman

Nightlife: I don't go out to parties, but they seems to be great.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: We have two dining areas, one to grab a quick something to go and the other an actual sit-down area. Both are decent, but taste wise they could be improved upon...drastically. The quick grab something to go is my preferred area to eat, mainly because I'm always on the run with 17+ hours every semester. Also, if you do not have time to eat, use the bonus/flex dollars at the grab and go place to simply stock up on poptarts, fruits, cookies, chips, etc.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: We're a small college campus living by a small town in South Carolina. Plus side, everything is pretty much within walking distance. Down side, the closest wal-mart is in the next town over.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: it isn't the worst, but it isn't the best. My advice is simply start early and work with the financial aid department, they will return phone calls and answer any questions asked of them.

Off-Campus Housing: PC doesn't really like the idea of students living off-campus. It is partially because we're big on being a 'community' of students and living as such, but living off-campus is an option if you look into it.

2 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Drugs and alcohol is pretty easy to get a hold of if you really wanted to drink or do drugs, students pretty much drink every weekend. While drugs is something that I do not personally see being consumed on campus, I know it occurs. Peer pressure to drink or do drugs is non-existent though, it is the consumer's choice to do either. However, the general rule when drinking is to never accept a drink from another individual, pour your own drink and watch it.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Housing isn't the best, but decent. Spacious rooms depend on the dormitory and housing is all dependent on a person's GPA and hours. If possible, I suggest off campus living, but I love living on campus as well.
