2 College Freshman

Career Services: As far as I am aware, my school does not offer many post-graduate career services.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: Potomac State is affordable, but rather unimpressive.

Academic Flexibility: My teachers have always been readily available to meet and discuss problems with me. A good portion of the school's student population are nontraditional students from the surrounding community, and the teachers really seem to understand that school is not the only thing going on in their students' lives.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Because tuition is so inexpensive at Potomac State, scholarship and work-study opportunities more than easily cover the full tuition of instate students. Out of state students can expect to pay a little more, but overall the financial aid department makes it possible for any student accepted to the school to pay for their education without going into debt.

Academic Flexibility: I'm a full time student with no job so it is really easy for me to be in classes.

Academic Experience: I enjoy it here. The professors are always nice and don't overload the students and the workload is normal and easily maintained if you actually care.

Academic Experience: The professors are great, registration is easy, workload is normal, and I haven't tried anything else.

Campus Resources: The library is great, printing is free, there are a good many computer stations. It is a really nice school.

Campus Resources: The wired internet is very quick and very reliable. Wireless access is almost non existent or shoddy in most places.

College Senior

Career Services: This is a two year transfer school so I haven't had to dive into whats available in that regard.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The cost of the education here is much cheaper those most but at the same time it doesn't feel like things are being done cheaply. The one thing I didn't like was them taking away all of my Pell Grant money because my dad apparently made a small amount more my second year.

College Senior

Online Courses: I never took any online courses.

4 College Senior

Facilities: I really enjoy the small, personal nature this school provides. You are an actual person here not just a face in the crowd of 200+ students at a large university. The personal aspect of it is really nice and is what I most enjoy.

Online Courses: I have really taken any online classes so I wouldn't know anything.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: The student body is really good. We have clubs for anything that you can think of. We are diverse and I personally haven't seen discrimination towards either race, sexuality preference, and religion.

Campus Resources: There are so many resources in my campus. The library is one of the main ones. It has everything you need. I love how we have different sports. We all watch each others games and it's really fun.

Campus Resources: Printing is free, which is great ! Our wireless network is really bad because we're by the mountains so we don't get a lot of signal.

Career Services: I haven't really payed attention to some of the careers but from what I know is that is really good. You work really hard.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: If you want to meet people all you have to do is go to the basement of the student loaf. We have pool tables, air hockey, ping pong, and fuss ball. All the student love to hang out there so that's a really great place to meet new people.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: It could be worst. Wednesday are the worst because is a full schedule for everybody so it hard to be flexible. Sometimes we miss dinner or lunch.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I love the students that I've got to know but I don't like the fact that there's nothing around my school.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: Everything is great but I feel like some extra fees are not worth $50+.

5 College Junior

Facilities: PSC is unique because of its size. I love going to a place where my professors actually know my name. The people in the administration offices and financial aid dept., really do seem to care and are very helpful.

Overall Experience: My biggest reason for choosing PSC is the location. It is close, but also, it has credentials that are unmatched anywhere in the area. Because it is part of WVU, there are more things available than there are at Community Colleges. Tuition is also more affordable than at most schools of the same caliber.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: Because we live in and around farming communities, being in the forestry program is something I have taken a lot of pride in. We live in West Virginia, and I plan on working in West Virginia, so the Forestry and Agriculture programs are top notch and respected.
