3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: Expensive within a five mile radius, once you get past that, you can find an affordable renting space.

Off-Campus Housing: It's not off campus housing, it's called the City of Portland. The campus is totally integrated into that section of the urban environment, so finding a place around here is just like finding an apartment in any city. Lots of people who don't go the school live within a block from most of the main buildings, and some students live several miles away for the affordability. The school is in one of the nicer areas of the city so the prices are quite a bit higher, but three bus stops away and you'll find rent at half the price.

Off-Campus Housing: I own my home so have not looked into any available off campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing: Overpriced housing and parking is absolute hell. Just live outside of town and take public transportation in. It's easier and cheaper.

Off-Campus Housing: Depending on the neighborhood you choose, and whether you're okay with a commute or not, off-campus housing can be much cheaper than on-campus housing. It's definitely worth it.
