Local Atmosphere: Portland State University is the center of downtown. There are a lot of attractions occurring whether it is student organizations or musical bands playing in the park. There are a variety of restaurants, theaters, and stores that students can go to.

Campus Dining: There are multiple dining areas on campus and a variety of options. The staff is very friendly, the food well prepared, and the facility clean.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Heard great things, but I haven't had any interaction.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: Although I am passionate it when it comes to Business, a degree in business at PSU is often undermined.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: It isn't very interesting when the one presenting the topic isn't interested.

At PSU, that hasn't been the case. Each professor is very involved.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: Our school has new buildings and is neat and clean.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I have trouble getting them

2 College Sophomore

Parking: Public transportation is much more efficient.

4 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Alot of the drug scene is monitored and under control

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: We are given the freedom of adult while given reasonable guidelines.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I love living at University Pointe. It is close to all locations.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: I like y general studies so far.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: There is a great variety of degree options.

5 College Sophomore

Athletics: The equipment is top notch.

5 College Sophomore

Transportation: Portland has excellent transportation. Its cost efficient and convenient.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: The health facilities are amazing. Campus feel safe, but statistic and reports reveal that there is at least some danger.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The prices and availability have more to do with the general housing situation in Portland than with the school; still if you are willing to live outside of downtown, the prices are much more reasonable than on campus or off-campus downtown living.

3 College Junior

Parking: Parking on campus is extremely expensive and inconvenient; given the public transportation options and quality, it makes little sense to keep a car at all.

4 College Junior

Academics: Academics are average across the board; knowing how to make the school work for you is important.

4 College Junior

Academics: My major isn't especially popular, but has been good so far.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: It's pretty weird that this survey assumed I was interested in men, but I suppose they are fine.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Varsity sports are not especially important to student life; however the gym and activities available through it are very popular.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: Alcohol and marijuana are very noticeable; other drugs are around, but less abundant.

5 College Junior

Weather: If you like the rain, as I do, then Portland is perfect.
