4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: If you can get there, there are lots of areas in San Diego that have vibrant cultural events and good fun. There are various beaches and boardwalks, Chicano Park and Latino cultural events, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego (which has shops, malls, theatres, and Symphony Hall), and other events. Downtown isn't safe to wander alone at night, but everywhere requires common sense when it comes to safety. The local attitude towards students depends on the amount of students that come to a certain area. Most places will be nice to you.

Local Atmosphere: Point Loma is great. Minus Rosecrans and sometimes Catalina & Chatsworth

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Point Loma is super low key and is not far from downtown or the beach cities

5 College Freshman
