Campus Resources: I believe there is an online library. The lab is a great resource for practicing respiratory care. The computer lab is also great. The school is small so there is not much aesthetic but what is there is very nice.

Campus Resources: I have been able to access internet & print whenever I needed it. The connection speed is fast. You do need a personal computer for this program.

College Junior

Online Courses: I have not taken online courses.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is very expensive but it is worth it. You are basically guaranteed to make a great salary once you are done with school. The classes are very small, so there is much individual attention from the instructors. I have had no difficulties with the financial aid office.

Career Services: I am not sure about this aspect of the school.

Overall Experience: My favorite experience has overall been the accomplishment I feel when I understand something that seemed to be in a foreign language the day before. Looking back at the knowledge I have attained, I am very proud and grateful. I am excited and grateful for the opportunities given to me by my school.

Academic Flexibility: Your schedule cannot every change. The class hours are fixed. But there are wide varieties for study and tutoring time.

Student Body: The typical respiratory therapy student seems to be a higher caliber than the other students at the school. Many of the programs offered are short, 10-month courses. The students in those programs do not seem to be as driven as those in our program or the radiology technician program. It is ethnically very diverse. There is never anything inappropriate.

Academic Experience: Studying respiratory therapy at Pima is very challenging. It is fast-paced & a great education. Although it is difficult, the instructors care very much & will help you succeed. Our program is unique because we have our own respiratory therapy lab. Almost everyone who graduates from this program gets a job; many are offered jobs during clinicals while in the program.

Academic Experience: The professors are very knowledgeable. We are lucky enough to be taught by a former trauma & cancer surgeon. The registration process could not be easier or faster. The workload is heavy but if you are passionate you will enjoy it.

Academic Experience: I feel I have learned a mass amount of knowledge applicable in real life, not only to benefit myself, but to aid those in my presence as well, whether it be while working at the hospital or in emergency life-threatening situations.

Campus Resources: We have access to computer lab and class rooms throughout the day

College Junior

Academic Flexibility: There is no flexibility in the class schedule, but that is understood upfront. Each program has a separate class and every class is geared towards your major. You have every class with the same 30 or so students and everyone is on the same page.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: It's a small campus, so it's understandable that it doesn't have much. There are activities every once in a while and the computer resource center is almost always available.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: The teachers are very helpful and clear with all their students.

Campus Resources: Attire Policy – What sets it apart from other schools is what I've been told is the professional look of the students. They have a very strict policy on the uniform, accessories, and color of the clothes, jewelery, body art, etc. They want us to look professional in every way possible. I've been told that other schools don't have this kind of policy about their students.

Career Services: Excellent Job Placement – I am still in the first segment of my program but I hear that the career center, alumni network and job prospects are very good. They talk a lot about past students after they completed the externship and got hired on the spot. I feel more confident now after I go through my externship that I will get hired on the spot.

Student Body: Full Time Workers and Parents – Mostly, my school consists of working-class people with full-time jobs or families. They often juggle many different roles in addition to being students. While they are happy to socialize and make friends, this is not a priority. They are getting an education so they can seek a different life or career.

Overall Experience: Starting a New Life – My experience here is great. It is very interesting learning about the human body. My favorite experience so far is getting all A's in my classes. I have never done this in high school or in my early years of college. But I have learned to buckle down and concentrate at the task at hand, which is getting my life in order. Starting with a good career. What makes PMI unique is that they take our learning process very seriously. They consort with business around the state and pick their brains on what kind of employees they are looking for and stress that into the students so that they can get hired. I would definitely choose this school again if I could do it all over again. They just promote excellence I every way. I just wish I decided to go back to school earlier.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Education Here Is Great – The education is very good here. I think it is worth the money. I got the full benefits of financial aid. They were very helpful in getting me the financial aid that I needed to go to school. The one tip I have is talk to your financial aid officer about Pell grants. Also, ask questions about other fees that might come up during your school year. Like vaccinations, field trips, uniforms, and etc.
