College Junior

Online Courses: I have not taken online courses at this point in my college career.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I have found it fairly easy to obtain assistance from the administration when I have any questions regarding my educational needs such as registering for a class or changing my schedule.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Since this is community college I feel I am getting an education that is creditably as sufficient as that of a traditional 4 year college. I feel the class size being small helps with having better interaction with the professors. The average student pays about 3000 a semester for similar classes they could take at a university for about 8000 a semester.

3 College Junior

Student Body: In the 2 years I have attended this college, I have not been very outgoing. I have going to school just for my education and avoided socialization. But from what I have witnessed around campus the student body is taken seriously and readily available to assist the students when needed.

College Junior

Career Services: I attend a community college

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I have changed my major a few times but in each I have found the programs fairly simple. Also the program outline make it simple to keep track of what classes are needed to transfer to instate universities.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Although there are some professors who aren't prepared for class, overall I have had a very pleasant experience with the campus. The student advisors are always prepared to assist you when questioning your overall academic plan. Registering for classes is always simple and I have never experienced being kicked out of a class due to capacity being filled.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: I'm not sure to be honest.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: Everybody just kinda keeps to themselves.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I wish they offered more classes that were environmental.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am just beginning, so everything's good so far.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Easy to change around your schedule if you need to.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: They aren't very personable.. and they suck at returning your emails.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I like it a lot.. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself and there are a lot of areas to just chill and do your work.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: So far, I've had one pretty great teacher. My psychology teacher was easy to get along with and had us get pre read-up on all the things he covered, which made it easier to retain in class. My math teacher, however, made things move too fast and she wasn't entirely concerned if she thought any of us weren't getting what she was teaching.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: They make it really hard if you want to switch majors a lot, which is inevitable with the way college is. My boyfriend's sister stopped getting financial aid because they weren't okay with the amount of times she switched her major. I'm not even really in a specific major.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: People at school just seem to really hang out with friends they've known forever and most people just don't care about even talking to other people at all or maintaining any social relation with people who are just classmates.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The financial side of it is set up so that you don't get the money you need to buy your books until half-way through the semester, and they only let you check out the textbooks for an hour in the library, and I had a lot of trouble reading a chapter of my psychology book in an hour. The hour limit just sort of put me in a position where I had trouble doing my assigned reading.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: I'm not a fan of the academic programs, the social scene doesn't seem very social to me, in fact, everyone seems very antisocial. It's like they just come in, shut up, listen and write the entire class time, leaving virtually no room for questioning. I've only taken two classes though, so this could be why I have this view.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Pima doesn't really have the type of classes I want to be taking. They only have the core curriculum that I need. It just sucks because I would like to be taking the boring classes paired with some interesting ones too, but they don't even have any plant science related classes at all.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: School itself is still too expensive. Pima even being the cheapest option feels too expensive because school is just made to be something sold to us, which sometimes doesn't even pay out(job-wise).

1 College Sophomore

Online Courses: When I've taken online classes, the teachers never really helped or gave feedback, which really makes it not even seem like a class for me at all.

4 College Junior

Student Body: Same incoming freshmen as high school, everyone kinda knows each other.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Again good at transfers and flexible schedule.

5 College Junior

Career Services: Very helpful with transferring credits. First credit received through dual enrollment while still in high school.
