Online Courses: I really enjoyed taking online courses at PSC. I like that assignments are due on the same day every week so you always know when your work is due. The work load wasn't easy but it was definitely manageable and the professors were great (for the most part!) at grading assignments and kepping you up to date.

Campus Resources: The centers are pretty much up to date. Everything is comfortable. The campus is friendly.

Career Services: Uncertain of this question since I havent gotten there yet.

3 College Student

Campus Resources: The gym is quite nice . The overall aesthetics need some updating. Not sure of any college activities.

4 College Student

Campus Resources: Printing on Campus is great! I made the comment just the other day...'I think I probably killed 5 trees printing off all my A&P 2 course plans." The nice thing of printing at school is its free.

Student Body: PSC is very diverse and as far as I know everyone is extremely friendly. A wide range of people also go to the school so you won't feel out of place if you're younger or older than most college kids.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are many computer labs and the wireless network is pretty reliable is you want to bring your own laptop. The art building has benches and tables if you want to get work done in between classes.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Overall, I feel that PSC is a little pricey for my experience with them. I wasn't eligible for financial aid, even though my husband and I are both students and have to work full time in order to pay for classes. However, I feel that their art program is excellent and and I'm hoping that it will all be worth it in the end.

Academic Flexibility: Pensacola State College's academic flexibility is moderate. Often their schedules do remain the same but their specifications remain the same

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: the professors at PSC are well educated in their field of study. the curriculum is pretty good at being on target. class registration is easier online. the workload is challenging but fair.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: this college strives on nursing and all other medical degrees fall very short.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The school does not have a football team but what it lacks in that aspect it makes up for in spirit and with other sports.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are labs of all kinds with people that truly want to help you succeed in any subject that you require assistance.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: They have plenty of resources and opportunities available for everyone. The professors are there to help if you ask for it and want to see you succeed.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is well below what you would expect to pay anywhere else I looked into.

Academic Flexibility: My online classes rocked. The instructors were as expected and taught their subject well. It was a great experience and like most schools I have attended. The only parts that sucked was having to buy expensive codes and use different sites. The extra expense they give us for taking them online stinks too. First college I have ever had to purchase these codes and pay extra being online.

Campus Resources: Student activities seems to be nice and have a lot going on.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: They do have it nicely set up to use their computers and print schedules, etc.

Campus Resources: It is nice they went from a Junior College to a State and offer Bachelor degrees. The main campus is not as friemdly as the Warrington campus. It stinks the main campus has the only daycare, but even if they paid me to take my kids there I would not. The teachers seem to sincerely care about their students, so far in my experience. Disappointed my appeal got denied, since I am a single mother and need this education to raise my kids. (Father deceased) I wrote that in my appeal and wish they would have helped me. Got straigt A's this last semester, but can not afford this spring semester. I am so close to my Bach, but can not afford it. Other schools have accepted my appeals and helped me get this far. So close, but the financial aid department does not have the compassion to keep us out of poverty. Once I get my Bachelor I will have so many doors open and get off welfare!! FA department is not like any I have experienced in the past. People who take my papers are nice at the Warrington campus. I have been out of school and getting back in to support my family is looking unobtainable at Pensacola State College. So far my experience with PSC is it is Not a Single Parent Friendly College.

Campus Resources: The computers on campus tend to be slow, but as of yet, you can print as much as you want in the library or computer labs! The library and computer labs are open almost anytime you want, and there are more computersnear the offices that students can use. You do have to be careful of getting online assignments done on time, because the network occasionally has problems and was once down for a couple of days in a row.

Academic Flexibility: I have loved every minute of being at Pensacola State. It is very easy to work the classes in around my life and when I can be on campus. I have had to take a couple of early morning classes, but only because I had a personal preference of professors and therefore chose to take them. It is also great to know that as long as I can get it cleared ahead of time, most professors are good about missed classes for valid reasons like appointments or getting sick.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am under full scholarships through Florida Bright Futures as well as Pensacola State aid. It took a while to talk to the financial aid counselor on the Milton Campus, but we were able to work it all out and the Dean herself helped me find everything I would need to continue my education. All i have to pay for is books!

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computers are fast, but sometimes there are problems with getting on some educational sites. I have a class in a computer lab and sometimes we do not even use the computer for that same reason. That is a problem with me because i do need computer exercises while I am in class. Other than that, their network works great and fast.

Tuition & Financial Aid: With the Financial Aid I received is really helping me a lot to pay my courses. But I do think I could have gotten a little more since the career I am pursuing has many expected courses to be taken. Overall, it is a fair amount iv'e received. Next time, I will make sure to get more information about the things that need to be done correctly. Deadlines ans all.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I do like that they have a subway there. It is one of my favorite restaurants. also, I find the campus grounds peaceful enough to read a book. Also, the offices are not so far apart, whether you need assistance for Financial Aid or if you need to talk to an adviser.
