3 College Senior

Career Services: Just a Stepping Stone – A lot of students are looking to transfer after graduation since it's a community college, so there isn't much emphasis on career placement immediately after graduation.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Easy Access – There are several computer labs and libraries with the technology needed to take care of any computer-related needs.

4 College Freshman

Online Courses: Online Course – I was nervous about taking an online course, but once i was used to the software. I found myself excelling in the class

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The school as many satellite campuses so that it makes it more easily to get to school.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Abundance Is Definitely the Word – There are so many resources on campus. We do have satellite/sister campuses, but almost all of them have the same resources. We have math tutoring labs, great bookstores, great workout/recreation facilities, and very helpful faculty in all offices.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Happy and Social Campus – Everywhere I go, I constantly see people walking around happy and being social. The atmoshpere of my school is very calming and warm.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Apply for Scholarships...Don't Hesitate – I really enjoyed the ease of applying for scholarships here. I didn't think I would get much money; however, I did not pay for one cent of tuition...books did get me on the down side. I am so glad I applied for the school's scholarships otherwise I would have paid A LOT of money!

5 College Junior

Career Services: I had changed my major to business AA, because i fell that the Business AS which gets you into the job force in two years, with our economy i feel that after four years the economy will be better for me to find a job.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Great Overall – The staff was very helpful with me changing my schedules, classes, and majors. They never question me or try to push me into something that doesn't interest me.

Tuition & Financial Aid: My Experience – I have had a great experience in my finical aid office, they are very helpful and are there anytime I have question.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I Love Art – I'm an Art major at the moment before I transfer to UCF for education, and my classes are awesome. I've always loved PSC's art programs. From the photography classes to 3D design every class is just what you expect. The teachers are very helpful and are very knowledgable in their field.

Online Courses: Online on My Own Time – Online classes are completely different from taking an actual classroom class. You are able to do your assignments way before they are due and continue to do the next ones. Online classes are flexible and work with anyone's schedule. You must have self-control though and make time for your assignments.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Valued Money – Many teachers that Pensacola State College has may not be your average professor you may want. Yes, for English you may want a teacher who just has you write an essay each day and that is all. For math, you don't want your teacher to just give you an assignment to do and not explain is. I feel as though the money we pay to receive an education at Pensacola State College is over priced, hopefully it will change.

Campus Resources: Pensacola State College is exactly like high school to me. You have a certain amount of classes, there are certain groups that you would like to be a part of, and they also offer organizations to join. In a way it is neat to be able to go from high school and just change the title of "high schooler" to "college student". Pensacola State College does have different times you can choose to take your classes though, which for many student is a plus. I enjoy Pensacola State College because it is a laid back school and unique in ways that other colleges may not be.

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Pensacola State College registration process is quick and easy whether it be online or on campus. On campus there is tons of help provided when registering for class and they show you how to do it yourself to save you time.they offer intramural sports that not just the students but faculty and staff can participate in and most of the facilities are open to anyone who possesses a Pensacola State i.d. The professors are great and really entertain as well as educate.

Tuition & Financial Aid: In my opinion, I believe PSC to be a great college for those new to a level of higher education. The programs they offer are great and the financial aid process is quick and easy. Though it is very busy and full most of the time, Pensacola State will make sure students receive the financial assistance needed, if you apply yourself to getting the help. The teachers and staff take pride in assisting with the needs of the students and will, more times than none, remember most students. I feel this school puts you in a great position to get ahead and if you apply yourself to success, PSC as a unit will make sure they do all they can to help you reach your goal.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The Best So Far – well one thing i have taken note of that my school is one of the top for nursing programs which is my major.pensacola state has done a very good at preparing you for what is needed for your degree.

2 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: My School by Far – so far my overall school experience has reminded me alot of my high school. the campus is small not many student actitives going on. no school spirt really no football team so yea takes the fun out of school rivails.if i had more money such i would definily go to a diffrent school such as florida state or jacksonville.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: Self Pace – The one on line class that I took, was very good. I could do the assignments at my own pace as long as I had them done by the deadline. The Professor was really good in keeping in touch and seeing if anyone needed help

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Professors Are Helpful – Since starting classes, I have enjoyed my Professors, there may have been one, which she really wasn't any help during the class, but all in all, my our Professors were very helpful. If I had to start over, I would say that I would.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: What a Hassle. If it isn't waiting in long lines that wrap around the stair and threw the entrance. Its sitting in uncomfortable chairs in the waiting area to talk to someone that might be able to help with your Financial aid. Once you do meet the right person they are somewhat helpful and they will direct you in the right direction with the money you could receive for your education.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: Phi Theta Kappa – Phi Theta Kappa was okay. I was also in the International Club or something. They were a nice bunch of people. It was good for a shy person like me. It helped me come out of my shell even for just a little bit.

5 College Sophomore

Online Courses: Returning Alumni – I went to Pensacola State College when their name was still Pensacola Junior College (1994-1996). I had a great experience. It was actually the best. I plan to return in the summer of 2012, but this time, I think I'm going to their Warrington Campus. I hope that I'll have the same or better experience as I had when I was there last because I am very scared and nervous, especially now that I am so much older, and my concentration and memory are not as sharp as they used to be.

1 College Sophomore

Online Courses: Go Pirates – My first experience with an onlinn class was terrible. We didnt do much work I didnt learn anything and my tecaher rarely replied to emails. Although I did reiceve an A in the class. We did not have a final

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Go Pirates – I go to a community college so it is not a very big school. The student center is great and offers great food. They have one of the best nursing programs in Florida. Also we have a great basketball team.
