Transportation: If you live there, it's within walking distance. If you commute then you have those problems to deal with.

Transportation: I lived 2 miles down the same road that the college was located on last year. The school boasts about it's "ride home program" for students who need a ride home in the city and don't feel safe walking. They decided to not include my apartment on that list of where it would drop off students.

Transportation: The only transportation options are to your apartment in the city of Lancaster if it's late at night and you feel unsafe walking alone. I am a commuter from Middletown and must drive to and from Lancaster everyday of classes.

Transportation: PCAD only has a free-ride home program (night use only) and transportation to school-wide field trips. I have taken the free-ride home at night because my bus doesn't run very late (I live a little outside the city). Most PCAD students live inside the city, so school (and pretty much everything else you need) is within walking distance for them. There is a garage behind the school that you can park in, if you do have a vehicle or commute, when signing up for a parking pass.
