Campus Resources: Everything listed above is excellent in my opinion.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: My online experience has been okay. If I take an online course it is usually during summer quarter. At that time it can be difficult for me because I try to work out issues by myself, rather than going up to the college to ask for help.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: My experience has been very convenient. When it comes to scheduling your classes, the faculty are very helpful.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am comfortable at this school. I would do it all over again if I could.

3 College Senior

Student Body: There are all sorts of different people. I don't get to see them all the time because of the programs class schedule is in the afternoon.

3 College Senior

Facilities: I like the whole feel of the campus. The landscaping to the design of the buildings and how it is all laid out, it is very nice.

College Senior

Career Services: This part I am not sure about, I haven't dealt with our career center.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think I am getting my money's worth. The financial aid office is on top of everything. They are quick to respond to emails. Very informative and helpful in person and really straight forward with the information they need from you.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I am in the addiction studies program. The internship and job opportunities are good. The classes are long and at night so you can work while still going to school. Only problem is, if you work during the day, the classes feel extra long.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors are great, and they teach a good curriculum that teaches very important information for the field we want to go in. The class registration is easy and painless and everything the college has to offer is good.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: There are some time that i do get frustrated with the work but other then that class are fun and you learn a lot.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: There is a lot to do. It is not hard but not easily. Also, your have to make sure you keep up with it. sign up for scholarship as soon as possible.

4 College Senior

Facilities: It is different fro other school because it is small and there is more one on one for the classes.

3 College Senior

Student Body: I dont really know anyone on the student body this year. However, they have had some fun actives around campus.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: You get a lot of class that are jest about your major.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The academics at Peninsula is great. Also a lot of fun.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: All the resource in campus are easily to get to and easily to understand.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am having a lot of fun and the some of the teacher care about the student.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: Some times we have problem but they always get fixed as soon as possible. The difference from online class and being in the class room is that you don't have to sit in a room for an hour listening to a teacher. Everything else in the online class are great.

3 College Senior

Career Services: As far as I know the Post-grad services at Peninsula College are okay. However, never really look at them.

Online Courses: We recently had switched our online course set up but it wasn't a easy change. Just took some getting use to but the professors were really understanding of the students using a new site. I really liked how you got to interact with the other students on the online courses.

Campus Resources: From the student services to the library everything is super neat and study ready for you. Everyone there is willing to help you with any questions you have. I found myself in the library a few time a week studying because of how comfortable I felt there.

Campus Resources: The library had plenty of computers and even free wifi for you to bring your own computers. For me it was nice because I didn't have a computer right away so they were super helpful. They even have a front desk in the library where the ladies helped you print things off, it did cost ten cents for every page but the ladies never denied you if you were money short. Also all threw out each building in the college they had free wireless access for students.

Student Body: Its crazy how much the students came together outside of my biology class to study and make sure that they were all ready for the test. Once a week we all meet at the college to make it easier for everyone and we all sat together and studied, making sure everyone was fully ready for the test each week. Super helpful!

Academic Experience: The nursing program is a really hard program to get into, they make sure their students are fully ready for what they are about to get into. The workload is great its hands on and some paperwork/homework in which you are given enough time to finish.

Peninsula College provides a unique approach to learning and helping students excel in the career path of their choice. Instructors provide challenges that help prepare students for the working world or the univeristy they want to go to. In some aspects, students demand more support, but there are others who find the process of completing a degree or earning a license easy to achieve with a great staff.

What makes this college unique is that instructors are constantly providing outside sources to help students better understand a certain subject. Professors will often have students watch National Geographic for perspective on global issues or listen to authors who come and share their poems and short stories to help get a better understanding for why it's important to learn about literature.
