Tuition & Financial Aid: I work in the financial aid department, and think it is amazing.

Academic Experience: There is an entire program for Mass Communications and also a transfer program for it that is incredible. With such a great program comes great professors who are also very helpful and knowledgeable about Mass Comm.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Professors are the best, and classes are great because they are so small it feels like you get more attention when you need help.

Online Courses: I don't really like online classes, but sometimes the way my schedule works out taking an online class is really helpful in working around my schedule and not having to physically go to the class, but rather work from home.

Overall Experience: Going to a smaller school and having a more one on one relationship with the teachers is amazing. I have met so many wonderful professors that have helped me not only in the classes they taught, but also with projects I have done in other classes. I can tell they really love what they are doing.

Overall Experience: There are always recruiters for when you are ready to transfer on campus and ready to give all of the information that you will need in your journey. I am transferring to UT and the program that Pellissippi has for that is absolutely incredible!

Career Services: The whole college staff is really helpful in helping find opportunities to further your education or get internships within the desired field.

Student Body: Depends on which campus you choose. Most of the off campus site are diverse, the main campus on Hardin Valley has more student between ages of 18-25.

Online Courses: I stated online classes are the worst because I learn better in a classroom setting. Online is for a more independent student who really needs little to know help. I like to be able to access my instructor asap. Online I may have to wait a couple of days.

Academic Flexibility: The curriculum has been easy to follow because my adviser provided me with a BSN curriculum to follow. I have been following and choosing my own classes since that day.

College Senior

Career Services: I will not start the process till Fall 2015.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: My favorite experience is that the staff is professional and mostly all the staff members have degrees.

Academic Experience: This program has plenty of resources. The workload is depended upon the individual. I am a over achiever so I go above and beyond.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Traditional students have more options because classes are offered during the most part of the day. Non-Traditional Students who have families and work full or part time do not have as many options. I would like to see a balance between the two types of students.

Campus Resources: There are four off-campus sites. At each site they have different activities for their students, such as Fall Fest. At this event they giveaway free t-shirts, face painting, free foods and drinks, also school souvenirs. The librarians are very helpful and knowledgeable. The main campus on Hardin Vally has a gym facility equipment with machines, basketball courts, tennis courts, TV's, and even shower rooms.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have found the financial aid process very easy and straight forward. I have also been able to receive extra funding from the institute by work study and scholarships.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Pellissippi has a very reasonable tuition which makes it a college that is favorable to go to when it comes to money. Financial aid is helpful when it comes to FAFSA and anything you would like to know. As long students get their FAFSAs in on time, Pellissippi gets the financial aid money in on time as soon as they can.

Online Courses: I have no been in any online classes in my time of being in college, but I have heard they are just as good as being in the classroom.

Facilities: The campus is really easy to navigate. If there is a speaker or an activity is going on there are many campus flyers letting the students know what is going on. There are many opportunities for students to come together and learn. My school also offers a study abroad program that is a great experience and one that I wish to go on myself one day.

5 College Junior

Student Body: Everyone comes together when it comes to my school. There are many activities that go on in the court yard that brings all the students of every age, race, ethnicity, or sexuality together. It seems none of that matters when it comes to the students of Pellissippi, the only thing that matters is being together. The students in the classrooms as well are insanely friendly and do not judge. It is easy to get things done and be able to work in groups in that type of atmosphere.

Academic Experience: My program provides more than enough classes that are interesting and I can't wait to be learning. There are more than enough classes to provide the education I need to get the best job in my field. The internship that is included in my program is a real plus and something I wasn't expecting.

Academic Experience: The class registration process is extremely easy because if you go onto DegreeWorks it tells you the exact classes you need for your degree. You get to pick the ones you want that fit into your major. The curriculum is outstanding because when I think about my major it provides so much information and education I am astonished at how much I will be learning. The work load is not that bad as long as you stay on top of it and do not wait until last minute.

5 College Junior

Career Services: As far as I know when it comes to my particular major I have the opportunity to have an internship which would help tremendously when I graduate and am ready to find a full-time job position in my concentration.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I like my college a lot because of its size. I prefer a community college that is an adequate size compared to a University that is gigantic. When I am between classes with extra time I will walk around the school just to see the nature of the beautiful trees. The classroom size is small to medium size which is beneficial to me because I am able to learn better in a moderate size classroom than a larger one. My school is unique because it has professors that are helpful and classes provided are magnificent.

Campus Resources: Although I have not been to the athletic center I have heard many good things about it, including the different activities they include there. The library is a wonderful building to go in. The book selection is above and beyond. There are many campus activities and they are posted on the walls so all the students can be involved. The campus activities get students together.
