Overall Experience: The class size varies on what courses you are taking. If you are in a general class such as college algebra, the class will be full. The teachers are overall great. There are an abundance of courses offered. With 5 campuses to choose from, you usually can take any class you want.

Overall Experience: Internships are required for some majors and they will usually guide you in getting a job. We have a career center online. I've never seen employers recruiting on campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I did not qualify for any financial aid so I must pay everything in full. My tips to students who want financial aid is to fill out the FASFA early and make an appointment to see an advisor. They will let you know what kind of aid you qualify for. I think I'm getting good value of what I have paid in tuition. My only complaint is the price for printing/copying in the library. It is 10 cents a page at PHSC and it can get pricy when you have a teacher that required lots of papers to be printed.

Student Body: Mostly all students at PHSC are friendly and are there to pursue a higher level of education. I'd say it is diverse. There are students from all ages, races, religions, economic states, and political parties. Everyone seems to respect everyone and set aside their differences.

Academic Experience: PHSC has just recently became a state college. A 4-year is available to students pursuing a career in nursing and business. They offer online tutoring sessions and on-campus tutoring sessions available at certain times. The teacher are overall great; the good ones definitely outweigh the bad. The workload is about average.

Academic Experience: The professors in the paralegal program are great. Most of them are lawyers and can answer any question you ask. To finish a paralegal degree, an internship at a law office is required. I have not gotten this far yet but I am excited to attend. I'd say the workload is about the same as in any other major.

Online Courses: I've taken six online classes so far and they're usually painless. Teachers are available to email and they usually get back to you in a timely manner. There is also an online tutoring service to answer your questions pertaining to the course. The workload in these classes are about the same as a regular class.

Academic Flexibility: PHSC has made it easier now that they have implemented online-enrollment. It used to be a huge inconvenience to wait all day just to see an advisor for 5 minutes. The teachers at school usually grade for attendance and missing a class is just not worth it. Teacher will not usually excuse absences unless a doctors note is presented.

Campus Resources: The library is nice depending on which campus you're at. The porter campus in Wesley Chapel has by far the nicest. It has private study rooms, numerous computers, and a variety of books to choose from. The Porter campus is the newest campus of PHSC. It has really great lab rooms and is more aimed for a nursing career. The other campuses could use some updating.

Career Services: Councilors at PHSC are clueless about what comes next. I have not graduated yet, but I have asked them a few questions about transferring to a university. They almost never know the answer to anything.

4 College Junior

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Great one on one to talk to admin and get help with planning class schedule and even have an anxiety counselor.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: It's a good transition school from high school to university without the huge cost or complete learning of home. Small class sizes makes it easy to learn and get help from professors. Would recommend to many.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: It will be my first time at the college, I did explored the campus and its really interesting, how its built and all.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: There was alot of student interaction with eachother

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am very happy with everything at the school. The only thing I don't like is the math program, but they changed it, so hopefully this time there won't be so many modules, and I can finally pass this time. The classes, campus, cafe, scenery, and everything else is just great there. And they have so much to do there. I actually love this school.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: its very easy to register for the classes you want to take and they have advisors who are easily ready and available to help you decide on what you need to take and what would work out best for you.
