Academic Experience: I don't know about much of the academics provided outside of art history, but as of the classes given for art and art history the academics offered are really great, and there are a lot of options. The professors for these classes are either experts in their fields and love what they do and teach, so you feel that you are getting the most out of the time your send in class.

Career Services: I transfered to a 4 year pretty easily, but as of how the quality of the career center, alumni network, and job prospects I am not applicable because I never took advantage of those services.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Pasadena City College's tuition in my opinion was very straight forward. I believe that from the schooling and knowledge I received while attending PCC was worth the amount of money paid per each semester.

Campus Resources: The resources on the campus are very well provided for and are very useful to the students. The library doesn't only provide students with great recourses for research but also a wonderful place to sit and study. Pasadena City College has just upgraded their football and soccer field, and the student center is both easy to get to and the people working there are always willing to help with any question.

Academic Experience: The program is going through many changes, which is sometimes reflected in some of the academics. Esp in relation to classroom availability and collaboration of the professors.

Student Body: I am apart of a nursing club, which is also giving back to the community. I love my classmates, during hard times we all keep each other encouraged.

Online Courses: My online class experience has been great. Teachers are very attentive. I'm taking more online classes this semester, I wish more classes were maid hybrid. It helps due to me being a single mother and a partime worker.

Overall Experience: I was pretty naive in high school, and I didn't really have a strong understanding of the outside world and how much effort truly goes into becoming successful. Attending PCC was one of the best decisions I've ever made because it allowed me to stay at home and strengthen my bond with my family, meanwhile, growing individually while attending college. I would highly recommend attending a community college because it is a wonderful opportunity to slowly branch out from and learn more about yourself. I really enjoy the diversity and I think it genuinely mirrors the outside world, allowing me to become more accepting and understanding of the people around me.

Student Body: Because I attend a community college, I am introduced to people of all ethnicities and all ages, and because of this there is no "typical student". I think one of the great things about PCC is the opportunity to be taught in a diverse learning environment and this college is the perfect place to become more accepting of other people and their opinions. Many of my classes try their best to incorporate the importance of equality and I think majority of the people around me agree that this community does a wonderful job of enforcing that.

College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I actually have never applied for financial aid, but I know for the people around me that do have financial aid are very content with the process. The only fees that I pay for is the amount necessary per unit which my family and I don't mind.

5 College Junior

Facilities: Because I attend a community college, I am introduced to various people that are either my age or much older. However, regardless of each person's ethnicity, social class, major, or desired occupations, there are endless opportunities to fit in. Although I am a biology major, one of my favorite places on campus is the Performing Arts Center because of the modernity of the building, vast hallways, and the occasional jazz performances on the lawns. Its a place surrounded by greenery and a peaceful aura. There are programs for disabled students, and a building designed for veterans that can go and spend time with one another. As a community college, the campus offers numerous opportunities for interaction because there is an abundance of students from different backgrounds trying to make the best out of their time at school.
