4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I have not started my core classes for my major yet, but I have heard great things.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: While they are quite a few amazing, amazing teachers at Parkland, there are also the ones whom I believe should not be teaching at all. They have no concept of the average student workload, and can sometimes be down right disrespectful.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: My specific major has great opportunities for internships and jobs.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors are very engaged with the students.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I have just returned to college with much enthusiasm. It offers me a since of accomplishment along with the challenge to maintain good grades. All of the instructors that I have come in contact with so far are extremely knowledgeable in their area of study. There are days that can be overwhelming since I work full-time with Urbana Park District as a Landscape Technician. On the hand, the course work has me very engaged and I am loving every minute of it.
