3 College Junior

Drug Safety: never see anyone using anything on the campus in the years iv been there.

2 College Junior

Scholarships: slow and confusing.. i have had terms where i don't get my aid tell week 8 or 9 into the term

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: decent security.. everywhere..! they write tickets like no other, even though there is no parking

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: students don't get discounts on anything in the town.

2 College Junior

Overall Experience: the college has been building up to be a real college ever since i started going her 5 years ago(still not there). the advising is terrible, seeing how i won't get my bachelor degree for 6 years and have never failed a class.

3 College Junior

Computers: never enough computer for everyone that wants to use them, printing cost are ridiculous, and the library holds 30 computers.

3 College Junior

Athletics: there aren't any sport for the school of the OSU Cascades.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: everyone is seen as the same pretty much.

3 College Junior

Facilities: a few club here and there of about 20 members, but other then that the social life of the students is dwelling compared to other colleges.

3 College Junior

Academics: average teachers for an average college

1 College Junior

Parking: everyday no one can find spots. you have to leave 30 mins early to find a spot. then students are late and it disrupts class

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: not very well known for having good food. very few eat there, i have never.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: The process involved filling out a FAFSA application, and signing up for Direct Deposit once I qualified. I would like better and more information about available scholarships and grants for graduate students who do not have the opportunity to student teach within their program.

Off-Campus Housing: OSU-Cascades is located in Bend really close to downtown and the Old Mill so finding housing that is affordable is super easy. Finding roommates is easy too!

2 College Junior

Scholarships: I'm really struggling with it right now, but, hopefully, I'll receive the aid I need to continue my education.

Guys & Girls: Being a Central Oregon school, people come from all over the state for the outdoors here and get a quality education. You get the polite cowboys here, the intellectual nerds, the goofs, but for the most part they are all really nice and easy to connect with. I've yet to meet someone I didn't like.

Greek Life: I've never been aware of any recognition of Greeks at my school. Lot of friends of my parents when I was growing up were Greek, and I think they are wonderful people. I would like to see some recognition of this culture, just as the school recognizes other ethnic groups.

Campus Dining: There is no campus dining at all at Oregon State University Cascades. We have to go to the COCC campus; and the food is moderately expensive there. At OSU Cascades, we don't even have a kiosk that sells food outside for the students. Just vending machines, which are not nutritious.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: The process was simple, however if you are registered for full time and then drop during the term, you will end up paying for it out of the next term aid. It is not this way at the community college.

Drug Safety: I have never encountered someone with a drug problem at school. We are college students learning to better ourselves. maybe I just don't see it.

3 College Sophomore

Majors: Need More Bachelor Degree Options – OSU cascades is a growing institution, and right now the BS degrees are limited. Classes are limited and the times aren't the best. The times are not friendly with my work schedule.

5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Very Safe – I feel safe and secure on campus. There is very little criminal mischief. Campus security patrols regularly!

Nightlife: Live Off Campus – I don't have a review on this subject. I live off campus and don't drink or party. I focus on my studies and horses.
