Off-Campus Housing: There is a lot of rentals in this town. Fairly agreeable prices and generally safe neighborhoods.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a ton of rentals available near and around school. They are very well priced, if you have two roommates you can pitch in $300 to $400 a month each and be good. On campus you don't have your own space, own bathroom, kitchen or right to cook food for yourself (at least for the first year you have to get a meal plan with no refund for unused money). You can be as thrifty as you want. Good to live on campus to get used to it, but I'm moving off next year.

Off-Campus Housing: So long as you live close to school, It should work out. The winters in Klamath Falls are usually brutal, so you want to make sure you have a reliable form of transportation. Other than that, you have a lot of freedom living off campus.
