5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I have enjoyed my time here I know I'll benefit in the long run.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: We all have our own reasons for being there and we stick to our own goals.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial Aid covers everything, you rarely have to come out of your own pocket for things.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: It has what it needs.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Everything is very accessible and never overcrowded.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Computers work really well and printing isn't expensive.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: Im looking forward to getting my start here and then moving on with the right skills.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: It could be better but its not intolerable.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I really enjoy attending this school.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am unsure if the classes will transfer to other colleges.

3 College Senior

Facilities: I enjoy the dual-enrollment policy very much.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The value of education is worth the tuition paid for the most part.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: My experience with online courses is you don't get that one on one with your teacher in class and the teacher isn't there to answer a question when you need it. The workload is different than traditional classroom because when they its due by a certain time you can't due it over.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: At OCTech of Orangeburg the overall grade for resources on campus is a B-. We have a nice size library with about 40 computers and lots of books, as well as a few computer labs. There is no gym or recreational buildings on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I am receiving is well worth the tuition, which I can say that because I have never had to pay out of pocket. I have received life scholarship in 2011 but when I lost it, the financial aid counselors assured me not to worry, and sure enough I received federal pellet grant and sc lottery. The only thing I disagree with is cutting off financial aid for the summer. The staff did let it be known prior to receiving refund checks so we would know to save money. Overall I give an A because the counselors were very helpful in letting the students know what was required for financial aid if one was verified for financial aid.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: We have a Student Services- a place everyone hates going. I have seen campus activities increase, but geared more toward the new and young crowd. if there is an athletic center that would be new to me. And I never seem to know anything about what the café or cafeteria serves or the times they serve it.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: We have to Pay to print anything at this school. But what is not told, is that you have to get a print card and have money on it , to be able to print anything. This is something that needs to be told to new students. Also , there is wifi on campus, but nobody knows the password to get on it. That is also something the new students should know as well.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The Math lab here is really helpful. The Helpers really try to go over a problem with you, so you can understand the steps that were taken to solve it. Which is great when your teachers doesn't have time for a one on one with you.

5 College Junior

Online Courses: I love taking this math course on line. I can go to the lab for assistant if I need it or do it from my home computer. You can complete as many module you like. No teacher keeping you the hold class time.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I known that If I can maintain a A average at 49, and working a full time job, with a teenage daugher who play volleyball. I know everyone attending should have a B average. The best thing is that all the teacher I have met have been the best.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There are great resources for all aspects of a student's needs. You just have to look for them. Between the Tourville Lab, all of the offices in the B building and Student Services, you can find just about everything.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: It is convenience for me to go home. I went to another school that was four hours away. The class are very flexible. I love this school.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid was okay. But, I didn't receive any funding from the South Carolina Lottery. Didn't understand why .

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I learn how to stay focus on what I am doing and not get distracted by others. It's pretty cool.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: They pretty much have everything you need, or can help you find it. The staff is very helpful.
