3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I am unaware of how the cost is but the safety is enough to make you want to stay on campus.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: The team performances seem to always be good for the most part. The student involvement is pretty average and fan support seems to be lacking. School spirit is average along with the athletic facilities.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: It has it's ups and downs like every other college does. For the most part everyone knows everyone which makes things nice in a way.

4 College Freshman

Majors: I like it. The teachers are fantastic and they are always there to help. They also make sure to let you know about research programs to apply for and internships.

3 College Freshman

Weather: Oklahoma weather. Snowing one day, a few days later 70 degrees. Very back and forth.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Half of the schooling payed for itself through scholarships automatically. But the school is very expensive so I still need to find more outside scholarships.

3 College Freshman

Parking: Not always enough spaces. If there aren't spaces in the preferred areas, then you have to "park at your own risk."

2 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Most guys are gay. It's a performing arts school. The girls are pretty and fit mostly. Not nearly enough straight boys to go around.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Most people stick to their weekend parties, which aren't very exciting anyway and don't always exist.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: You can get a way with a lot if you're smart about it, but sometimes people get busted big time for being too obnoxious.

3 College Freshman

Transportation: There aren't any taxis driving around near the school, but they can be summoned. I'm sure someone could catch a bus if they really needed to. Students without cars depend on other students.

4 College Freshman

Academics: I'm a Biochemistry major. All of the teachers that I've had are fantastic and funny, too!

4 College Freshman

Academics: Workload is bearable, and I'm an honors student. You choose your schedule and it's quite simple.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: A few chain places, some asian and thai food that is decent. A bit farther away there are some nicer, more expensive places too.

2 College Freshman

Nightlife: There are some house parties thrown by the same few people. They are boring, attended by the same group of drunk, silly people mostly.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: There are only a few sororities and fraternities and they are very chill. No hazing, no pressure. Mostly they're just a way to meet some new people.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The small size of the campus is nicer than I had anticipated. However, it is largely a performance school, and performers can be quite obnoxious.

3 College Freshman

Computers: I always just use my own computer and printer. Campus printing can be a bit annoying. It can be terrible if you're trying to copy music in the music library. Only one copier.

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The school's location isn't great. A 10 - 25 minute drive in any direction can take you somewhere nicer. Most students just stay on campus besides for a few places close by where many students work. For the most part, people are too busy to leave much. There is also a nice mall close by 7-10 minutes away.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Attendance allowances are by far the greatest thing affecting a student's academic life. A professor has implemented a policy of allowing 6 absences from class but when 6 or more students miss class, the absentee is given three absences, for every 9 people missing, the absentee is given 5 absences. After six absences, a letter grade is dropped.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Scholarships tend to be a little hard to come by for the general population. However, there are a few really good scholarship programs, like the Clara Luper/AIS scholarship, which I have. This almost completely covers my tuition and room and board. They are very competitive though.

5 College Freshman

Campus Dining: I love the campus dining. So many options for all types of people.

5 College Freshman

Majors: I'm in the music program and it's one of the best in the nations. It was tough to get in, but worth it.

4 College Freshman

Majors: I am doing work study now, and I think it's really great.

5 College Freshman

Academics: Amazing. Challenged and helpful to the career paths we are entering.
