Off-Campus Dining: The food options are always close by and are great for socializing with friends.

Drug Safety: It is very hush hush if any one takes drugs and it is look down upon by others. Policy enforcement is big.

Campus Housing: The Freshmen get the closer dorms and the older people get the apartments and more mature dorms.

Transportation: Everyone just drives using their own cars.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: The sororities are fun and welcoming to any newcomer.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: There is close shops in the area and restaurants and affordable food places very near to Oklahoma Baptist University. There is a mall only 5 minutes away from the school.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: Athletic facilities are in good condition. The fan support is always there. School spirit is big in the school.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: We have many different kinds of people and most are very nice.

4 College Freshman

Facilities: It is pretty and very calming to walk through campus. People are nice and respectful.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The local community likes to pour into the school. Many students have jobs and internships around town through connections with the school. Nice town, but very close to Oklahoma City for plenty of shopping, attractions, ect.

Academics: very hard, but worth it

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: don't know much about it

2 College Freshman

Nightlife: not much to do in immediate area

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I haven't heard of any crime occurring on campus. I feel very safe on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The campus is pretty strict. It is a private Christian university, so they don't allow drinking or smoking on campus, nor are members of the opposite sex allowed in a person's living area after a certain time.

College Sophomore

Drug Safety: I don't think that there is a drug scene on campus, or at least I don't know of one.

College Sophomore

Nightlife: I don't go to parties. Drinking isn't allowed on campus, and I am not a party person anyway, so I wouldn't even know.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: I don't really think the weather affects it too much. We are in Oklahoma, though, so the weather changes a lot. I don't think anyone on campus is really bothered by it, though.

2 College Sophomore

Computers: I have a laptop, and the wifi is very finicky most of the time. I don't know about the computer labs because I don't use them.

College Sophomore

Greek Life: There are no actual fraternities or sororities on campus.

Academics: Great academics! I love all my professors, and because OBU is a liberal arts university, you get to take a wide range of classes. I particularly have liked taking Western Civilization, which is OBU's foundation for its liberal arts education and is part of the core classes. Most majors have to take two semesters of Civ. It is a very hard class that you take everyday and is worth 6 credit hours, but it is so definitely worth it if you love to learn.
