3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I did not receive financial aid. I would like to but I guess I didn't qualify.

4 College Student

Scholarships: I don't have need-based financial aid, so I can't really comment on that, but the merit-based aid has been a smooth process overall. Scholarships are awarded automatically based on your application (SAT/ACT and GPA mostly) and claiming them required little more than a housing deposit. The terms of the scholarships are very clearly outlined, and thus far I haven't had any problems. I'm disappointed that OU has gotten rid of the Gateway scholarship, however the new scholarship system seems like it will benefit more students at different levels.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: I had pretty good grades from high school coming into my freshman year and felt that I should have been given a little bit of a larger scholarship. Throughout this year I did not think much about applying for more for this upcoming school year and by the time it was brought to my attention, the deadline had passed and I was not able to apply. The advertisement/awareness for it was very poor

3 College Sophomore
