4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: When applying for my courses I was able to schedule them around my everyday life, and if I couldn't I would have to move something around in my life, I signed up for college I need to make accommodations for it as I would or my personal life. I have not had to transfer credits to being still new to the college life.

Career Services: The post-grad services are very helpful. All different varieties of jobs are offered, the staff allows a very comfortable career center.

Overall Experience: I am just now new to the whole college life. My campus is small and easy to get around in which I very much like in a school. My professors were all great, they were always wanting to know if the students are grasping the topic or if they enjoy the class. I would chose the campus again because it has a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff/faculty is very personable which makes you feel apart of the campus. My experience is just now slowly growing but once I become active in all the activities around campus everything will be great, meeting new people and learning different things. what makes my school unique? I personally would say how the professors take the time to know the students, know their name and their sense of character.

Tuition & Financial Aid: All schools are too expensive

5 College Junior

Facilities: The campus has a great small town feel to it. The grounds are kept very nice and there is a big pond as a centerpiece. There are plenty of areas to study inside and outside and plenty of shade if you want to study outside. There are plenty of student groups and activities and it's close to many places to get lunch.

Online Courses: One class is very past faced with not much communication. Another class was really great with much interaction.

Academic Flexibility: Ohio State University Marion is a regional campus. This means that unless you are taking one of their four majors offered there most students go there for a year then transfer over to Main Campus. My major is Speech Language Pathology. This year I have 24 credits (12 to be a full time student a semester) I have had to add yoga this semester to just be a full time student. I have to transfer to Columbus State Community college next year to take classes for my major because I need 30 credits to transfer to Main. Its been hard to schedule anything with Marion.
