Off-Campus Dining: since we are so close to Atlanta there are a lot of options to suit whatever you are hungry for.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Again, I don't really go off campus much.

Off-Campus Dining: We have a lot of local places and thankfully they give student discounts.

Off-Campus Dining: Off campus dining includes, Mellow Mushroom, Mcdonald's, Chin Chin, Olde Blind Dog to name a few. These different places offer different types of food, however a lot of the restaurants surrounding the school are more expensive because of the area. There are a nice amount of restaurants that are pretty affordable for a part-time working college student with an allowance however, they are a little bit further down passed campus. They aren't nearly as convenient for students who don't have cars. For those types of students, they have to catch rides, get a taxi, or rent the zipcar which all costs money. The best places to check out that are close to campus are little shops in The Town at Brookhaven like The Flying Biscuit, Moe's, Newk's, Chin Chin 7 is also fairly close to campus and is affordable (definitely great for having left overs). Publix deli is a go to for a lot of students without cars, which is also located in The Town at Brookhaven and is within walking distance.

Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

If traveling's not an issue, neither is finding a place to eat. There are many types of restaurants, and most are inexpensive. This is always a plus for college students, especially since the food doesn't give up taste for affordability.

There are several fast food restaurants nearby, and downtown Atlanta offers a wider degree of options. If you're unable to get there or unable to afford the sometimes pricier meals, the fast food restaurants can get somewhat old. However, they are convenient when the school cafeteria is closed, or when a student is already in the city and needs somewhere to eat.

From ethnic cuisine to standard Italian, Atlanta has it all. There are family-themed restaurants and romantic diners alike. The only inconvenience is location, as they can be somewhat time-consuming to travel to.
