Off-Campus Housing: It's a bit spends in a college town and lower quality.

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live in Eugene, OR so I can give no opinion.

Off-Campus Housing: Housing can be a challenge with two universities, and three other local colleges in the area. I have lived here for a lot of years already, so housing was not an issue for me when I decided to go to college.

Off-Campus Housing: The off campus housing is average. Eugene is a reasonable sized city with several universities, so there are always students looking for a place to stay. There aren't very many openings so an individual needs to be ready and aware of openings that happen or else they may be left without a home, or may end up paying for an expensive place they cannot afford.

Off-Campus Housing: Very Few Choices – There are very few off campus apartemts that are close by and, being in the Kirkland area, they are very expensivs. Luckily the university supplies apartment you can apply for and they have an off-campus feel. Also if you are married there are the FIRs (families-in-residence) wich are also apartments but they can be kind of run down.
