Computers: IT are on top of it. Quick, friendly and reliable!

Computers: The school network is very reliable, I hardly ever have problems with it. It is a small campus so there is only one computer lab along with several computer available in the library. I rarely have a problem finding a computer to use when I need to. They just changed the printing policy this year and that has been a big improvement from the previous year. Each student is given a set amount of money in their account to use for printing during the year. If that is used up then you can purchase a print card to use. This is nice because you don't have to carry change to pay for pages. I use my laptop for everything but there are many times when I need to finish work at school and get it printed to meet a deadline. Mostly I do my work at home, though.

Computers: Internet Usage – The internet is not the best in the world. There is little wireless on campus and around 5pm it runs slow. There are a couple computers around campus but they are older and slow. I suggest bringing your own router and not letting too many people get on it.

4 College Senior

Computers: Printing and Last Minute Assignments – The computer lab at NCU is relatively open and available. I have only seen it busy during major assignment crunch time like end of term projects/papers and dead week. Because we are on a semester system, we don't officially have a mid-term week. Access to the labs is not a problem. There is also other places on campus to use a computer if the lab is full or closed.
