College Sophomore

Online Courses: I've never taken any online classes. I'm sure this isn't a bad place to do so though.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: This campus has many different places to use the computers. The library is open at reasonable times and there's a weight room available to all students at good times. The only thing this campus is missing is a better variety the weight room.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There's always somewhere you can catch up on homework or quickly print something if needed. The school wifi just makes it even better.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The student body is very diverse. When I came here, I felt comfortable automatically. I feel like I can go to a wide variety of people for help and it'll actually help me. This is a great community college.

3 College Senior

Career Services: I haven't put much use to the career center and such, but the people who work there are very friendly and willing to offer suggestions and advice.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: The curriculum transfers quite readily, which is great. Because it is a community college, the time and class variety isn't as great as a university making it difficult at times to fit everything into your schedule.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: There are many opportunities to fulfill your general education requirements. The workload is reasonable, and the curriculum easily transfers.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors want to see you succeed. The class size is great because the teachers get to know you one on one and can help if you are struggling, or offer encouragement. Class registration is simple. The workload is manageable.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Not many students take advantage of the resources.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are many available computers as well as wifi

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Lots of scholarships and reasonable tuition.

3 College Senior

Facilities: Lots of recreational opportunities offered.

3 College Senior

Student Body: There are a lot of small-town friendly kids.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The teachers are knowledgeable in their subjects and want to see you succeed.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: My living situation does not allow me for much of any financial aide, in fact my gov. loan options are less than my community college tuition is. Also, martial arts class has many extra fees.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I work almost 30 hours a week and happen to be a full time student so being able to do both means that Northland has very much so created easy access to my schedule

4 College Senior

Career Services: The advisers are very helpful and transferable courses are listed on a literal list for easy access.

3 College Senior

Facilities: My school is a community college and compared to universities there isn't a ton being offered other than low tuition rates.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: They would be great except as a result of teachers being both in class and online, professors are not great about teaching in the classroom and seem to rely on using only the online options

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The system is great because the generals can be completed in smaller settings and is a fantastic transition to college life.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: As a vocational and technical college the classes offered are very diverse. The one problem I have with the system is that the generals that will transfer are limited

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: My general education is being achieved at a lower price than most education institutions.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: Overall the campus is pretty good, the only thing I am not on good terms with is the exercise and fitness resources.

2 College Senior

Campus Resources: The computers provided are rather slow, the internet is not consistently connected and the printers are hard to connect with. The printers work great if you can be connected to them.

3 College Senior

Student Body: In particular the student body at Northland is pretty diverse and features people from all walks of life.
