3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Hard questions to answer since there is a variety of housing available. Our landlord required a 12 month commitment ( not thrilled with that).

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: The housing has a lot of availability within the city of Marquette, plus the university helps people to obtain off-campus housing and help with the process!

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I have no idea, since I live on campus and I'm not looking for an apartment.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I know other people who had plenty of luck finding off-campus housing, so I can't be too harsh on Marquette for this, but I had a hard time finding anything--it didn't seem to matter when I actually looked for housing, none of it really fit what I was looking for. Everything seemed to either be a 1bedroom apartment or a 5-bedroom house, and I just wanted a 2-bedroom place for my roommate and me. Also, it seems like NO ONE in town allows animals, even just a rabbit and hamster. Prices are decent, though--some places are laughably expensive, but most landlords know their target clientele and know that students are only going to be able to pay so much.

1 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Everything's expensive, horrible, and sketchy. As a pizza delivery driver, I've seen the inside of basically every apartment complex in the city, and I have been impressed by exactly NONE of them - aside from the on-campus Woodland Park apartments.
