3 College Senior

Scholarships: They did not provide me with enough financial aid to help me while my single father was unemployed at the time.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: i suggest if it your first time, there are some great counselors at the school that are willing to help assist you with the process. even on the school website is a great tool on helping out with financial aid.

College Junior

Greek Life: our school does not have greek life.

2 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: off campus dining is not that great the only choices you have is a mcdonalds, starbucks and a charcoal delights. after two weeks you grow tired of theese three options and they don't offer healthy choices.

3 College Junior

Facilities: The library is very spacious and resourceful it has everything the student needs for study and its quiet. there are always campus events, i have attended some such as plays written by our own students.

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I have never utilized this service.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: there have been some safety issues on campus but the campus police worked hard to ensure safety of the students.

College Junior

Campus Housing: I live off campus, this does not applies.

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: there are not a lot of attractions near the school nor shopping. if you have a car you will have no problem but there are buses that can get you to where you want to go but its a nice distance away.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: some may think its strict but these policies are put into place to protect the students. The students have to take a test online about drug use, sexual abuse and underage drinking which i think is great.

4 College Junior

Academics: The professors are well knowledgable about their area of study, the curriculum is very easy to follw and straight to the point, the registration is very easy not stressful it can be done online or if you need assistance you have many people to assist you such as student services or your counselor. the workload is not over bearing, not alot of homework but just enough. popular study areas are the library and the cafeteria, some students even go across the street to starbucks to study which is very convenient.

College Junior

Academics: I really can not explain at this time because i will start my major classes in August. once i get into my major classes i will definitely come back to wrote a review on that.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I have attended colleges before attending North Park, I have never met so many teachers that are compassionate and interested in their students. the professors here are really concerned about their students. The courses are great they are mostly christian based which is my religion which I love. The class size are not to big nor small its perfect, the average class size is about 30 just an estimate. teachers are always available for any questions and tutoring if needed.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: There are always career fairs for the upper class men as well as they conduct mocked interview to help the students to become prepared for the real world. I remember before i was accepted into my nursing program, my counselor suggested for all of the students to go for a career counseling with one of the counselors from career services and it was really great it allows the student to decide if nursing or whatever intended major is a fit for him/her.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: guys and girls at my current school are pretty much down to earth, very sociable. Most of them are very interesting and very friendly.

3 College Freshman

Weather: As a commuter when their is a storm driving is the worst. Especially if the weather changes and you are not dress well for the weather.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I think it depends where is it that you are trying to live.

College Freshman

Greek Life: I really wish we had this, but we don't. I think that it would make school m ore interesting.

5 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The city is the best. There are many things you can do , especially with its attractions, Navy Pier, Downtown, Lake, Beach.. etc

College Freshman

Facilities: I really don't know, but I see that their is a lot of things that are going on that I don't know about.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: I believe that they can make another library building. especially when their aren't enough study rooms and you have to be sitting just their.

College Freshman

Health & Safety: I really don't know because I really don't hear much about this at school.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: Everyone comes from different places and you get to know their culture and beliefs.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Overall everyone is friendly, and you get to see who is new and who is not , and that makes you want to talk to them.

College Freshman

Guys & Girls: I really don't have a lot of friends. I feel like everyone already had their group of friends.
