Health & Safety: Great doctors office on campus always there when you need it

3 Recent Alumnus

Health & Safety: I have never felt unsafe on campus. The alert system the school uses allows for fast communication to student cell phones in the need of a campus wide alert. Several times we have gotten alerts about people that the police are looking for even if it's not necessarily on campus, such as an alert about an incident at a nearby walmart to let people know to be careful if they are at that walmart or to not go.

Health & Safety: I always feels safe on campus.

Health & Safety: I have never once felt I was not safe or secure on campus. The campus police are very present (sometimes too present!), and they are more than willing to assist students. One campus security guy even gave me a ride back to my dorm once when my friend's car ran out of gas a mile or so up the road from campus and I had somewhere to be. Crime rates here are practically zero, although I have heard of stolen laundry and GPS systems and textbooks before. Usually, though, if you forget and leave your laundry in the dryer or something, you'll come back and find all of your clothes taken out for you and maybe even folded. Yes, I have had that happen before. Lol.

Health & Safety: Security is never around when you need them to be. When you call and ask for assistance, its best to be prepared to wait a few hours.
