3 College Junior

Nightlife: Most of the school is commuters, so people are not around

College Sophomore

Nightlife: I'm not too sure due to the fact that I'm not the partying type. There are a lot of bars that surround the school, but you have to be 21 to drink. Everything is pretty much in walking distance so you won't have to drive and if you do drive it won't be far. There's not a lot of underage nightlife unless you're going to a party.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: I am not the party-going type, but some students go to house parties on the weekends. I definitely would not describe our school as a "party school", but if you search for a party you will most likely find one. There are many bars in downtown Naperville and many upperclassmen students go out on the weekends.

Nightlife: It is mostly just about who you know. if you know people who throw parties you will get invited; if you don't, you don't.

North Central College's location, right in the heart of downtown Naperville, gives students easy access to tons of bars and clubs within walking distance. Students can also walk about two blocks north of campus and take the train right down to downtown Chicago for even more options, with downtown nightlife literally at students' fingertips. The bars can be pricey and are definitely available to students with some extra money to throw around.

Besides a number of bars in the Naperville area, house parties are also common occurrences around North Central College. Many of the sports have their own "team" house right off campus, and these off-campus residences are known for parties. Furthermore, students who are 21 or older commonly drink in their campus-owned residences. Not everyone parties, and for people under 21, there are several off-campus movie theaters and bowling alleys to take advantage of. The College also holds a wide variety of programming for students to enjoy on the weekends. Whether they party it up or not, students can enjoy the great nightlife scene that Naperville has to offer.
