3 College Freshman

Scholarships: The financial aid process was okay, its not something i want to do all the time. I have to pay for my books because my financial aid only covered my tuition and fees. Financial aid helps a lot but not as much as i thought it would to me personally.

2 College Junior

Scholarships: I receive no financial aid from my school

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: My experience wasn't as painful as others seemed to be. It went relatively smooth and I think one of the primary reasons is because I went early and did not wait.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: At North Carolina Central University trying to receive your financial aid is a absolute hassle! Waiting in the office just to talk to someone can take almost hours and calling on the phone could take even longer! After you endure the waiting game and talking to people who seem to care less you will receive your aid but it is just annoying to deal with.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Although I had financial aid, I still had to apply for student loans to pay for the rest.
