Scholarships: It is such a hassle trying to receive financial aid at my school! You tell them you need help but they aren't willing to help you. I just wish they were more helpful and the process was easier.

Nightlife: The party scene at my school is okay. Most of the time the clubs are crowded. If you do decide to attend a house party they are more likely to get shutdown because someone is fighting or shooting. People want to have a good time but sometimes it may just be better to stay in doors.

Majors: The social work program is very welcoming. The courses teach different things that will help us into the field.

Campus Housing: I lived on campus for two years and it was alright, my first year I didn't really talk to my roommate at all so that was a little awkward. my second year I was in a single room but I didn't get along with one of my roommates so that was a little awkward to. the cost is way to much and yeas its convenient because your right on campus. but people can be really nasty and dirty and that was a major con.

Off-Campus Housing: My first two years of college I lived on-campus, so this will be my first year off- campus but it is really convenient, the cost is a lot cheaper then staying on campus. my apartments to the university is walking distance, parking is pretty good.

Off-Campus Dining: Their are some different food options off-campus, but it can get pretty tiring eating the same things.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Their can be a lot of friendly people on campus and their can be some not friendly people on campus. Their are a lot of good looking guys and females and then their are some not good looking guys and girls.

Campus Dining: The café food is okay, sometimes it can be really nasty and sometimes it can be good. I like how their are options so you can choose what you want to eat. The student union comes in handy a lot, when the café closes, a lot of people go to the union. the union has pizza hut, blimpies, chick-fil-a. there is also McAlister's and Starbucks

Academics: I am a Criminal Justice and the workload can be heavy but it is nothing I cannot do. Most of the professors are great and I enjoy them a lot. The curriculum has changed a few times but it is bare able. My academic advisor is great and he has helped me a lot over the years.

Greek Life: Greek life is very important at my school. I don't think non-Greek students view Greek students negatively, some people look up to them because that's where they want to be.

North Carolina A&T State University is an amazing institution of higher education. There is no other university with as much school pride. With such an inviting atmosphere, spending a few moments on campus just isn't enough time to see the greatness that is NC A&T. A popular slogan that most Aggies live by is "Work hard, play hard!" Not only do Aggies excel within the social scene, but first and foremost, they excel in and out of the classroom. Aggies have been invited to present research at various prestigious institutions, offered positions within the top corporations of today, and have even gone further to obtain doctorate degrees all over the nation. "AGGIE PRIDE" stands for "Achieving Great Goals In Everything, Producing Renowned Individuals Dedicated to Excellence." Each time an Aggie steps foot in a classroom, they know it's time to excel, go further, and reach new heights! Not only do the students excel, but the professors and faculty members do as well. They are more than willing to mentor, assist, and motivate Aggies on the rise. Student advisers not only help students register for classes, but they also have helped students find the proper outlet for their dreams to soar. One of the greatest benefits of attending North Carolina A&T is the vast amount of extra-curricular activities and campus organizations that add to the social atmosphere. There are organizations that directly correlate with your desired major, hometown clubs that help you connect with those from your hometown, and even groups that help you hone your hobbies. In all, North Carolina A&T State University is one of the most unique institutions in the United States. Aggie pride is worldwide.
