NHTI has great professors, and provides a quality affordable education. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and would do it all again without question.
The school computers are old and slow. There are only a couple computer labs that are open to everyone most are classrooms. The network is unreliable, and the internet is unbearably slow. I use my personal laptop as often as possible, but avoiding school computers isn't always feasible.
There is a brand new library, bookstore and student center. The school is growing very fast and is trying hard to modernize buildings and beautify the campus. I've been here a few years and the changes are quite dramatic. There is a fireplace, pool tables, TVs etc. in the student center, lots of activities. My personal favorite is when the drama students put on plays.
Despite improvements, most buildings are very old and dated and this is very problematic at times.
NHTI offers numerous evening courses. I actually prefer them, the classes are smaller and the professors are more laid back. Many are really fun, and the environment is always great. I had a grueling chemistry course last semester in the evenings, very small class of maybe 10. Demanding and difficult course, but everyone worked well together and it was really enjoyable.
I'm personally not a fan of online courses in general, I prefer to be in the classroom. I did take an online math course, and I missed having in person instruction. Not really the right person to rate online courses.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
