Off-Campus Housing: It's okay, bu very expensive!

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: From what I know about off-campus living, there are plenty of houses available around Newberry for students to rent. The prices vary, but they are entirely manageable with roommates. Off-campus housing allows you to have much more freedom and options to have pets and use an oven.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: In Newberry there are plenty of houses to find. The school is surrounded by neighborhoods as opposed to being in the middle of downtown. Houses can vary in size and in worth, but there is usually a couple to choose from. The main problem would be looking for apartments, there are not many apartments. But the houses are usually cheap compared to looking to rent a house pretty much anywhere else in the US.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: There are numerous houses for rent off campus that are located near the campus. The prices are usually reasonable, but I strongly suggest staying on campus until senior year because it is important to get to know other students and be involved in things on campus in your first few years.
