4 College Junior

Overall Experience: So far, my experience with douses and professors at this school have been swell. No major issues, yet. If I do my job, the professor will most likely do theirs.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: There are many jobs available to students at NMSU. It is easy to access and search for a job too.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The off campus housing at my school is diverse. Many different apartments and little houses you can share with a roommate.

4 College Junior

Diversity: The diversity on campus is great. Most people are great at acceptance.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: Its great to live on campus. There are always events going on and its a great way to socialize.

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Great scenery, not too much to do though.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: Not too strict. We are young adults and the trust is there, which is great.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: Not too much crime is heard of on campus. Safety is ensured by police on campus and organizations offered.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Don't really have a say because I do not participate in athletics

5 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Much diversity. People are able to express themselves freely. Great environment for people to socialize.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There are many student discounts offered at various places near campus. Pretty convenient as well.

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Their is not much to do in this college town, so most individuals go to the bigger town 40 miles away.

College Junior

Campus Housing: I do not live on campus. I am basing my answers over what people have told me who do live on campus.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Our football isn't the best so there is a not of negativity from the student population because there is excitement to go to the football games instead they all just tailgate. The only sports that students are truly excited to participate in is cheering for the basketball game and baseball games. There is the most school spirit and fan support at basketballs than any other sports.

4 College Junior

Diversity: I have never seen any individuals discriminate against others in a truly negative way. I have seen people get into arguments over thoughts or ideas but they are healthy disagreements that needs to further thinking and challenging the ways you think. People usually stay within their own social groups but in a case of them having to mix I personally have not seen any discrimination.

Guys & Girls: There is a huge variety of individuals on campus. Just walking to class, one can see different style emerges. There are many couples on campus who walk together, there are not many same-sex relationships but you do see them every so often. How people dress also varies there are some who get ready in really high fashion clothes and wear wedges or small heels and you also have girls who wear sweatpants and a tshirt. The guys attire is more the same, just a tshirt, or a button up shirt, with cargo shorts.

3 College Junior

Campus Strictness: The parking authorities are very strict. They carry a high reputation of being hard on people. The other campus police i have not had personal contact with them.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: A little unorganized at times but when you receive your aid you feel relived.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: It's a safe place to be. There's always a safe place to be on campus

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: Lots of opportunities, different groups and clubs

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: Very average, not much different from a high school

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Lots of frats and sororities but it's not a big deal on campus

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There's a lot to chose from off campus from burgers to Mediterranean. Prices are good and reasonable and it's good food as well

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The dorms are alright but other housing is pretty good

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: There is few participation at football games but during men's basket ball, the stadium is nearly filled every game. Lots of school spirit as well
