Local Atmosphere: Not much to do out in LAs Vegas, NM. For the city you only have to drive an hour out ton Santa Fe for most shops and food.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The RA's are nice, dorms are very clean. Average school rules. Takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to any class.

4 College Sophomore

Computers: The school has two different wireless networks that are very reliable. Computer labs are always open but you might have to bring your own paper to print.

Greek Life: I've only seen two and they weren't promoting well. That is the only time I've heard of them.

College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Kids smoke and sometimes sell to other students. I personally never seen or smelled any. Most students that drink are actually over the age of 21 at parties.

Scholarships: Get on top of it! If you are out of state and west of the school you can apply for the WUE which sometimes take money off your bill.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: I don't eat off campus, since I live on campus I have a meal plan. The cafeteria food id amazing! Different varieties, salad bars, and the grill. Workers are friendly and the place is very clean.

Nightlife: Not much to do out here, the hotsprings are nice. No one really parties. It's fun to drive out to Santa Fe for the weekend.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: Seems to be somewhat diverse on campus.

College Senior

Health & Safety: I have never had to use the student health center and have no knowledge of this topic. However, personal safety is never been an issue for me. Very small town and campus is pretty safe.

2 College Senior

Nightlife: Small town so very limited nightlife. Mostly local bars.

College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I have no idea on this topic. I have had a home here since I was born. There are bulletin boards with postings of available rentals and requesting roommates but that is the extent of my knowledge on this topic.

4 College Senior

Academics: I have a great experience with all of my professors and they are well-knowleged about the subject as well as available almost all of the time via email and are flexible with their office hours in needed. Professors have always been willing to help or answer questions.
