5 College Junior

Facilities: The school building is pretty brand new and the atmosphere is beautiful. The classrooms are all state of the art. The nursing lab room is brand new and has the best learning appliances.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I was told the day I went in how much it was going to cost me.

4 College Junior

Facilities: The facility is new and looks amazing. The architecture and design is impressive. The labs have great equipment and makes learning easier. The cafeteria can be a bit noisy most of the time, but I guess that's why there's a library

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Classes are pretty flexible as they have both day and night classes. The only thing that has frustrated me while I've been there is that the administrators sometimes expect paperwork without telling you about it. I have had to find out what I needed to turn in by my friends

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: They don't have much for athletics, but they do have a nice library with comfortable seating and private rooms. They have a game room which I have never been to, but looks interesting, and the design of the school itself is very eye catching

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: They have a lot of computer labs available and everything seems to work well. The network can be a bit slow sometimes, but it's not the worst. They give you a certain amount of money on your account each month and they deduct money every time you print something, which seems a bit crazy considering how much we pay to go to the school in the first place

Academic Flexibility: So far I have been fortunate with a very flexible schedule which fits around my full-time work schedule. Unfortunately, as I get deeper into the program it really disturbs my work schedule, requiring me to take Friday's off or a half-day. Also, level 1 field works are not always geographically friendly.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I spend 85% of my time off campus, so this is hard to rate. But I do know that the school actively pushes for participation in extra activities such as soccer, SOTA club ect.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Access to computers is great and they also have a free wifi service we can log on to with our laptops. Printing however is incredibly expensive and do not recommend ever.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I am new to online courses, however, I have had a good experience with the courses I have taken. We have communication through discussion boards and pod-casts. We also have an outline of assignments due throughout the course for planning purposes. This way of learning is difficult because of the amount of reading and papers, especially when you are a hands on learner, but overall my experience has been positive.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: The school is very well set up and definitely appealing to the eye. Our OT/PT/Med Tech labs are unbelievable!

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: At this stage in my course work, I have not had much interaction with career services, however I know that they are very helpful.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am an MSOT student in their bridge program. The program is designed for working COTA's and have a flexible schedule of online and attending class on campus every other Friday-Saturday.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The school offers many resources from the academic learning centers, professors giving you e-mail and phone access at any time, discussion boards. The course work is very intense, but the professors are all about you succeeding and will help any way they can.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: This is my second time through New England Tech. I have been treated well by both students and faculty. Support staff are friendly and know what they are doing. I have always been helped when I needed it. Hopefully, I will be educated enough when I graduate this time, but if I needed to go back, I would return to New England Tech.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: There is a lot of competition for grades. In general the student body is smart. Because the students are largely career oriented, the is less socialization than at a typical college campus. Plus, we have students who come from two states away to attend school, so there is not always time to socialize.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The workload in the Occupational Therapy program is heavy. They prepare you to be a generalist, so you have to learn a lot. I am not impressed with the internship placements. Sometimes our abilities are not considered when we are being placed in our facilities. This leads to being under-prepared for the workforce. That is my only real complaint about the program

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The teachers are knowledgeable. Registration is easy. After the first quarter, you register online. Thus far I have not had difficulties. There is a fairly good variety of liberal arts classes, but not as much at the upper levels.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There is not a lot of extras at New England Tech. This school caters to people who put their nose to the ins stone and work hard. We have some athletics for those who are interested and some other activities, but most people are there for the education, not the extras.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Any time I have had a computer problem, tech support has solved it quickly and accurately, even on my personal laptop. The network is reliable. We have only had a couple of crashes that I know of since 2011 and one was due to a hurricaine.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: The building I go to has very modern, state-of-the-art equipment. Classrooms are well equipped.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: Career services is really good. The staff are very knowledgable and dedicated. They will work with you to help you find a job just as long as you put in the effort. They won't do it for you.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Classes generally allow for work schedules. Family commitments not so much, but when going back to school, one has to prioritize. The Master's program is set up so we can hold a job while earning an advanced degree.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: The online courses are decent. They are mainly Bachelor's level liberal arts classes. For the most part, they have been good. There have been a few teachers who are not prompt with grades, but the content matter was clearly presented.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid people are great. They give good explanations so you understand what you are getting yourself into, but you need to ask questions. The tuition is not so great. It is very high, resulting in many student loans.
