Academic Flexibility: It is a good way to start off instead of rushing into a university. They have a special center for athletes with tutor specialists. The campus isn't too big, so you don't have to rush to class.

Overall Experience: This has been a great experience, I am excited that I choose to attend NCCC for my first here in college. If I could do it all over I would choose NCCC.

Campus Resources: The only problem I would say is the wireless access in the dorms is not really that reliable. I try not to take many test in the dorms, I try to take them in the library or the CAVE as often as possible.

Career Services: The STARS Student Support Services does a great job in assuring that each student knows there options and take advantage of them. They also help you expand on different opportunities.

Academic Flexibility: During my two years I have been here at NCCC, I have had very few classes/curriculum hassles. I have also had very few or frustrations with transferring credits. The frustrations that I had were not fault of NCCC.

Student Body: The Neosho County Community College Campus is very diverse and I love how everyone interacts with each other. Everyone is accepted for who they are on this campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think that Neosho County Community College has a very reasonable tuition cost and I a straightforward financial aid process

Academic Experience: I am a business major and I really enjoy taking classes here at Neosho County Community College. The classes that I have taken and really enjoyed are Introduction to Business and Macroeconomics which are taught by Mr. Richard Webber. Also, classes such as Speech (Mary Wielert)and College Algebra (Paul Welcher) have supported me in my major.

Academic Experience: There is great program that is associated with Neosho County Community College which is the STARS Student Support Services. This is a great program to be involved they offer activities such as Campus Visits, Workshops, On-On-Tutoring, and Personal Counselling. I would not made it this far in my academic career without the help of STARS.

Facilities: I really love the dorms at Neosho County Community College. We are not cramped in, we still have room to be ourselves and make our section of the rooms unique to the person we are.

Tuition & Financial Aid: NCCC is not that bad as a community college for tuition and financial aid process.

Campus Resources: NCCC has a great network at the school.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: There's really not alot of resources on campus but there are a few like a library and a student center. there is no athletic centers or campus activities like sports.

Academic Experience: I haven't started into the accounting classes yet but i have to take alot of classes before i can take my accounting classes.

Academic Experience: The academics are like your high school classes but then you can go further into some classes like biology. You can take microbiology or another type of biology. Math goes up from beginning algebra to college algebra.

Student Body: The student body helps the students with the things they need help on that others don't know and they come up with some good ideas about different projects like bake sales.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: Everyone cares about your success, and will do what they can to contribute to that success. I didn't feel that way about the other community college I attended.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: As mentioned previously, the teacher to student ratio is optimum for success. There aren't too many classes that do not transfer to a 4 year college. Tutoring is offered, if needed.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am very excited to be in my program, it is meant to be hard, but we will be well prepared when we get into the job market. We have a Syndaver in their school learning hospital, we will be working on her during in school labs. The instructors currently work as Surgical Techs, so we know that we are getting a good education, with most up to date work experiences. The workload is pretty intense, but the instructors care a lot and they take pride in passing exceptional surgical techs.

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The administration is great, but getting any kind of grant is impossible if you have as much as a saving account. Financial aid was easy to get. I have also gotten service scholarships to help with books and tuition. Staff does their best to help how they can.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Everyone I have dealt with has been more than accommodating in every way.

College Junior

Career Services: I haven't used any of those topics as of yet. I have been told there is a high number of students in my program that are offered jobs while going through clinicals.
