Overall Experience: If I could do it all over I would choose Nazareth, because the Psychology department is pretty outstanding, but I wouldn't choose it, just because I would probably prefer to go to a place with more opportunities for getting to know more people. Nazareth is very small, so everybody knows everybody. You see the same faces everywhere. I would like to see new faces. My experience though has bee pretty great. My volleyball team has won our conference all three years that ive been there and I have made some stellar achievements. I love going to school, and would love the extra help of scholarships to get me through my senior year this year.

Campus Strictness: The campus is very strict when it comes to school policies, such as cheating, underage drinking, etc. Violations of these policies can and have resulted in students being expelled from the college.

Health & Safety: Security can sometimes be slow getting to you, but they do take issues seriously; even the minor ones. I feel relatively safe on campus.

Campus Dining: he dining hall as most students would say is not very appetizing food. Also, the pricing for a meal plan is through the roof. Food places throughout the campus aren't all that bad, but we could use more variety.

Off-Campus Dining: The convenience is great. There are so many locations for getting food around Nazareth. You do not really ever see student discounts though. The costs are usually pretty hefty, but worth it. The best places to check out would be Plum Garden and Cheesecake Factory.

Guys & Girls: Nazareth college is very diverse. we have the preppy hockey guys all the way to the outspoken, yet handsome volleyball guys. the same goes for the girls. We have lots of cliques who think they run the school, then we got our average girls just going through the school day, and then the girls who are sooo involved in their relationship that nothing else matters.

Campus Housing: The only bad comment I have about the housing at Nazareth is that it is so expensive. Rooming is so much of the tuition. However, the dorms, especially as an upper classman are very nice. the social atmosphere all depends on the person. for me, it is very social, because I happen to be very social, but if you are not social, you would have a different answer for this question.

Academics: I want to start with the staff in the psychology department. Most of them are very great and are very knowledgable; which makes the subject all that more interesting to study. The workload is tough and sometimes overwhelming, but fair. Job opportunities depending on where you live outside of college are fairly accessible, as well as internships.

Academics: Most students would say the workload sucks or the curriculum sucks, or the professors suck. Those would be the students who do not choose to major in the certain classes they are taking. When going through the liberal studies and common core everyone must take, you hear a lot of students say how they do not like it. I on the other hand disagree with them. I have found that I have liked almost all of my common core classes, except math. The professors for the most part are very welcoming and intelligent; which helps to make the academics more enjoyable.

Athletics: The athletics at Nazareth are great. I find that several of our teams are very successful and go far in their journeys, but there are some teams that struggle, but never quit. the fan support and school spirit is phenomenal, I play women's volleyball there and work for the men's volleyball team and we always get great turnouts with our fans.

Scholarships: Searching for financial aid for College has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. It is not easy getting financial aid, nor is it easy to search for loans that you need for getting you through the college process. The only tip that I can give is keep a good credit score and have a cosigner on hand, because I've found that without these two things its nearly impossible for a loan. I was almost not even able to attend college, because I have no credit (no credit=bad credit) and apparently my parents credit isn't great. So, it is very hard and I find that I have to do what I can to earn scholarships to help me along the way.

Academics: I love my program, CSD. The teachers are very interactive and always available for help. The classes and practicum sites are dynamic and you get to work with other teachers, professionals, and students.
